    I have a suggestion as well, how about once, and I'm just saying maybe try it once, have the ep be when the hosts went to play in a fantastic house (situated in Puppetland) known as the Playhouse, which was filled with toys, gadgets, talking furniture and appliances (e.g., Magic Screen and Chairy) and puppet characters such as Conky The Robot, Pterri the baby Pteranodon and Jambi the Genie a disembodied genie's head who lives in a jeweled box. Anyway love the show keep it up fellas

    hi I'm looking into making a module for this week's adventure so I can get a few buddies together and run a similar campaign. I know I won't weave as rich a tapestry and Spencer, but did anyone happen to draw a map of the cinema during their listen I can adapt?

     

    Also what was the difficulty of the skill check to spin in the popcorn bucket, maybe a DC 15 or a 10 like the previous roll?

     

    anyway can't wait to see what happens to the characters gosh Im so invested I was crying at my desk at work and my coworker came up and asked what was wrong and I told her about the new campaign and she said she's going to listen in! And she's going to bring her set of dice so we can maybe role play at lunch! this podcast rules thanks again guys

    So my quest is a simple one: I wanna read Madame Bovary in English, and I want the highly praised Lydia Davis translation, and I want it on my Kindle. These old books are cheap on Amazon so no real reason to pirate, so I search "madame bovary davis." Got a hit, it looks a little sketchy, it's "illustrated" and with a "free audio book" .. who cares, I just want the words but so long as they're the Davis...

     

    see where I'm going with this...

     

    there's even an excerpt.. the translation seems beautiful, some stuff where you can tell it's pretty faithful to how the phrasing might be in French, but still has a smooth literary, easy reading cadence to a modern non-native anglophone..

     

    I download the book and its like they ran the Flaubert through GOOGLE TRANSLATE!!!

    Two episodes in two days! One is behind the paywall (under that" Live at UCB" tab) its very good. This episode is still very good too. Both are very good. This has been a great week and my new desk is due to arrive tomorrow so it should continue to be great!
