Episode 95: STAR TREK II: THE WRATH OF KHAN

nope - no way. it's too stilted and simple -and the ending feels unearned within the scope of the film itself.

    Episode #91: LABYRINTH

i can't vote this one in - it's just not a terribly good story - interesting performances, sure, interesting themes, definitely? but the story itself is a bit muddled and generic.

    Episode 75: BROKEBACK MOUNTAIN

    yes, duh

    Episode 74: PATHER PANCHALI

doesn't it make more sense to criticize a film for what it is, than what it isn't? i get 'boring' -that's fine- but it's not a musical, so your disappointment ultimately lies with your personal expectations, not anything the film fails to deliver on.

    Episode 74: PATHER PANCHALI

yes, definitely in the canon. the whole trilogy. also, 'historocity' isn't a word. it's 'historicity'.

    Episode 68 - Antichrist (w/ Michael Lerman)

YES. Antichrist is a cinematic masterwork, and a truly strong, feminist statement. In a hundred years, I believe it will be one of the handful of films from this period in time that has any cultural relevance.
