  1. Just on a physics thing, even on the zero gravity planes NASA uses to train, you only get about 30 seconds of zero g's per dip. This film has them being weightless for about 10 minutes also any sort of fighting in zero g's is super ineffectual because you don't have any force behind you.
  2. I know Hollywood can be incredibly ageist and sexist when it comes to casting actresses who are over 25, but the age gaps for Vin Diesels love interests in this movie are beyond insane. The age differences Nina Dobrev - 21 years Deepika Padukone - 19 years Hermione Corfield (British Chick)- 25 years Ariana Arevalo (village girl from the beginning)- 25 years Like seriously WTF - also all brunettes not a blonde in the bunch. Nina Dobrev was great but now I can totally see that scene in my head with June playing it and it would've been 100% funnier.

    Fading of the Cries (2010)

This movie looks insane now I just need to find it.

    Fifty Shades Darker (2017)

The character is terribly written but he's also just not good in it, I mean Anna is terribly written as well but I feel like Dakota shines through, Charlie Hunham was originally supposed to play the character and I do wonder what he's performance would have been like.

    The Lake House (2006)

    Swiss Army Man (2016)

One of only two movies I've ever walked out of.

G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra (2009)

All I really remember about this film is there's a scene where Rachel Nichols runs on a treadmill with a really unsupportive/no bra so they could get a stupid shot of her boobs and I just remember being distracted for the rest of the film thinking about how many times they must have had to film that scene and how painful that would be later.

    Sorority Boys (2002)

I watched this movie when I was maybe 10 and I was terrified that if I stayed over with a boy that I'd come out to a whole corridor of guys teasing me the next morning, this movie is maybe partially responsible for making me a lesbian

    Oscar pool 2017

I saw Lion last night and it was absolutely fantastic I doubt it'll win against the flashier nominees but it's definitely worth watching I'm not a movie crier and I cried like 6 times.

xXx: Return of Xander Cage (2017)

It's a bad movie but it's a super enjoyable bad movie, I'd say watch it if you have a chance.

    Oscar pool 2017

She'd totally accept it, the studio puts people forward to be selected she could always ask not to be put forward because she has enough awards, which would probably get more publicity than her getting a nomination at this stage.

xXx: Return of Xander Cage (2017)

It was his signature in the first film it was supposed to be a kind of Indies hat thing but of course, the look has aged terribly.

    Oscar pool 2017

I enjoyed La La Land but I feel like it's going to be the film in five years everyone will be shocked it swept the Oscars, like that movie really. I don't care who wins the best actress category as long as its not Streep, Florence Foster Jenkins is a sweet film to watch with your mum but a pretty average film, and it was basically her doing the exact same voice and acting as she did in Julie and Julia.

    Split (2016)

My friend works for the studio and she told me about it, apparently Bruce Willis is to recognisable but unbreakble isn't, which means audiences were really confused as to why he was in the end but hadn't been in the whole film, but they understand the concept of a end of movie cameo thanks to marvel. I'm pretty sure it's only available in cinemas at the moment.

The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen (2003)

For years I thought Kate Beckinsale was in this movie it was only when I rewatched it like a month ago that I realised it wasn't her.

    50 Shades of Grey (2015)

and it was popular with the die hard fans which means they'll be back to watch the next two

    Dune (1984)

I saw this for the first time when I was 8 or 9 my parents were big Dune fans and fucking hated it but I adored this movie it wasn't until I got old enough to read the books that I saw their issues with it, it be a great movie for the podcast though I think they'd either need to do it as a live show or have one of the guests be a massive Dune fan just to explain this movie. I'd love for HBO to do a big adaption of this, maybe as there next Game of Thrones.

    Split (2016)

So apparently the original ending actually had Bruce Willis's character saving the girl but not enough people remembered him to understood the reference so they changed it to a small cameo.

    Orphan (2009)

I thought it was going to be more of a creepy/haunted kid troupe, not the insane ending we got.

xXx: Return of Xander Cage (2017)

Honestly I only really went to watch this because I had some time to kill and I thought it would be a great HGTM movie but I actually had a great time, it was really enjoyable the whole way though sadly the Rammstein has been replaced by edm.

xXx: Return of Xander Cage (2017)

It's only January but we already have a contender for best terrible film of the year. Vince Diesel in a sequel to a movie that was successful 15 years ago. WTF moments including - Vin Diesel land skiing through a rainforest A 10 minute zero gravity fight scene An important member of the team being literally just a DJ Every single woman in the world being a brunette 10 Every single one of those women wanting to fuck Vin Diesel Vin Diesel somehow being able to outrun Danny Yen Vin Diesel having the ability to run long distances in general Killing people my crashing Satellites into them Toni Collete acting as those she's in the parody version of xxx. If you haven't seen it yet it's definitely worth trying to catch it. The movie is completely fucking bonkers but super entertaining.

    Our Brand Is Crisis (2015)

I'm so over this trend of making a film version of an acclaimed documentary only like a year later.
