You talked about those class action lawsuits in this podcast where you might get $3 after taking the time to fill out the forms, etc. Like you, I rarely waste my time on that stuff when I know it's hardly going to pay enough to be worth the 20 minutes it takes to jump through all the legal hoops. I would be interested in finding out if that saves the companies money if we don't bother to apply for our payment. Do they pay a flat amount and that gets divided equally among all the people who respond? Or do they only pay a certain amount per person?
