I’m listening to the podcast with Dr. Stan about getting out a toxic relationship and breaking off the addiction of the drama of questioning your worth of knowing and acting like you deserve more. I also really love his description of how our minds lean towards the negative in the realm of uncertainty. My question is once you finally pull yourself from the unhealthy relationships and you are finally with someone who treats you well, makes you happy and feel secure. What if you still find yourself questioning if you’re “in love.” Dr. Stan Mentioned that we need to “grow up” in the sense that being in love can be more of a side effect of drama. I don’t want my brains old sense of normalcy to keep me from being fully attracted to my partner, making me question our stability.
