I hope that someone here has seen this movie and will back me up on how incredibly bonkers this movie is! The idea is that an Indian Muslim with Asperger's syndrome goes to the US to tell the president that he is not a terrorist after 9/11 - think of an Indian version of Forrest Gump. However, this was clearly written by people who know NOTHING about the US except for stereotypes! The way they depict black people in the south is unreal - they literally have a black child whose character name is "Funny Hair Joel" - yes, they have Buckwheat! This movie won awards from the International Indian Film Academy! This is a great example of what other countries think of the US. Truly fantastic.
