EPISODE 382 — Doing It The Savage Way

This was a great episode. I forgot halfway through that Matt Gorley was even going to be on it because Scott, Wayne and Fred were having so much fun on their own. Then it got even greater! 'This is pleasurable is the face-down cellphone of compliments'

    Best of 2015 Pt. 1

The real Lin would be so much better (with no disrespect to Kroll, who I also love!). Lin is funny on his own and I can only imagine the showtune singing that would occur if he was on with Ben Schwartz and Scott...

    Best of 2015 Pt. 1

Scott and Benny Schwaz are gonna love Hamilton so much!! Really, really, really hoping we see Lin Manuel Miranda as a guest in the future.

Who was in the second Skirball show in NY last night?

Damn.. Cake Boss and ALW/Fourvil are my absolute favorites... so disappointed I missed this. I was even in NYC last night... but didn't know it was happening (was at the Vulture comedy fest happening at the same time)
  5. Any chance KNIFEGRAB will be reprinted at some point?

Episode 94 — Dip Didda Dip Dow!

I cannot get enough of this episode (and all Andy Daly episodes). I am listening to it now for probably the fourth time, because ep206 ended with a cover of Goodnight Sweetheart and it immediately reminded me of Hot Dog. The greatest thing on this listen is around 37mins, Scott is starting to investigate Hot Dog's depression, and is laughing all the way through it. ("You're talking a lot about what happens after you die. You seem depressed!") Then Hot Dog says everything is looking up for him because he has his Sha Na Na audition next week... "Now if that doesn't go so good..." And Scott completely loses it.

    Episode 206 — Live from SXSW 2013

A travesty. I don't know what was worse, their dips or their wahs.

Episode 195 — Making the Snow Angel

I lost it at Frosty's death... especially this: "*screaming* My liver just melted!" "How does that affect you?" "It's fuckin' me up!"

Episode 193 — What Else? What Else?

I think you hit the nail on the head with your post. For me, it has nothing to do with the sex of the comedian or character and nothing to do with her voice. Part of the reason that Wompler and Ms. Lisler are such great characters is that we get a new part of their story every time they're on the show. Both of Nancy's appearances were basically identical if I remember right. I can definitely see my (female) cousin with downs syndrome in the setup/delivery of Nancy's jokes and the "I'm good at that, I can do that" comments. The character's ... peculiarities may be too real. Without the usual character-wackiness it kinda feels wrong. Although I will admit I've laughed at quite a few things that Nancy has said.

Episode 190 — You Know What I Mean?

Has James Adomian ever played Orson Welles on CBB before? I feel like he might have, but I can't find anything. Good lord he is hilarious. "We know a little place in Lawrenceville, NJ with seven washing machines on the front porch... this is shit!" Throwing "We know a little place..." at the beginning of everything kills me in the same way "I was working in the lab..." does in the Suicide House episodes.

    Episode 150 — Time Bobby

This is the greatest episode of CBB to date. I have listened to the description of Jesus Christ Superstar more times than I can count: "Jesus resurrects everyone from the plane crash! Smash cut to: It's twenty years later! The Skynet corporation has taken over all of Judea!"

    Episode 133 — Fortunately Unfortunately

I'm catching up on old episodes and just listened to this one... but the episode cuts off at one hour, in the middle of Would You Rather (both in the Earwolf app and on the website, I haven't tried it through iTunes) Is there a better place to report something like this?
