    Face/Off

If I could watch this movie on a constant and unending loop, I would. This movie was not made by humans.

    A Talking Cat!?! (2013)

The few scenes I managed to sit through were mind-bogglingly awful. Like, 30 seconds of each character running past the camera awful. This AV Club article says it much better than I can, though: http://www.avclub.com/articles/a-talking-cat-is-the-room-of-anthropomorphic-anima,93563/

    A Sound of Thunder (2005)

The career of Ben Kingsley would make for pretty good HDTGM fodder. I'm preparing myself for his Maori face tattoo in Ender's Game.

Oh, yeah. The trailer had that warmed-over VHS quality, I assumed it must be from the 90s.

Whoops! Nothing came up when I searched for it. Oh, well.

Oh my god, the trailer is hilarious. Any 90s attempt to make John Travolta into an un-gay action hero, and I am sold.

    A Sound of Thunder (2005)

Saw this a couple weeks after it came out. Conditions were perfect-- we were totally alone in the theater, which was days away from closing. I had no idea what I was about to witness. Based on a Ray Bradbury short story, this steaming pile of mid-naughties sci-fi crap features terrible CGI, high-concept nonsense, and a cast of nobodies, with the exception of the always ethnically ambiguous Ben Kingsley, sporting a ridiculous wig. This movie seems to have slipped into obscurity without much appreciation. Anyone else even seen it? IMDb page here. The director seems to have also been responsible for Timecop (1994).

Loved it when I was a kid. Dragged my parents to it not once, but twice. They deserve medals.
