EPISODE 377 — Good Night In The Morning

I always love when Paul just repeats Scott's lines back with total judgment so even if the ep only had the three or four times he did it here I'd be delighted. I thought I was going to get fired on Monday for laughing so hard at work.
  2. Loved this episode, and I think the format is great. I really enjoyed Andy Daly's podcast earlier in the year but though it had a few episodes that I'm still listening to, I think it sometimes suffered from having Andy's more out-there characters operating without a check, so that the Don Dimelo/Bill Carter/Chip Gardner eps just spiraled too far out to work bc Andy was both host and the weirdest guy in the room. This lets Lapkus do her thing without having to also handle the additional burden of keeping everything straight.

Best of 2014: Stump for favorite episodes here!

Ep 259-262 (the end run of last year was one of CBB's strongest; the one with Sanz as Aaron Neville killed me) Ep #283 - 5th Anniversa Ep #289 - The Exorcism of Cake Boss (episode of the year) Ep #300 - Oh Golly! You Devil Ep #304 - Marissa Wompler's Six Flags Birthday Womptacular (more Dabney please) Ep #305 - CattleLickItUp (Gino forever) Ep #312 - Grounded Me@ just for the Hollywood Facts

    Episode 236 — Murderer Heaven

I missed this airing live and haven't listened yet, but the second I saw a photo of PFT as Richard Harrow I thought "THAT'S what Mike the Janitor's voice reminded me of!" I don't know if I'll be able to hold off for the VPN version.

    Episode 233 — Royal Watching

Bob got in a PFT-worthy off-mic laugh at Andy's list of boy names. Great episode, and my favorite of Bob's appearances.
  6. I've been listening to CBB since late '11 but I've never made an account here. But I had to register to give Scott and co. props for this episode. The big gathering shows are always fun but tend to leave a lot of threads dangling because they have to move on to the next guest/set of guests, but this one managed to follow through on everything. I thought Wain shined much more than he did on the episode where he brought in his family, and the Wompler/Traci feud built to a great place. I didn't think it could get any funnier until Rust and Campbell showed up. And I actually thought the cross talk was way less than a problem than it can sometimes be on these kinds of episodes, since as someone else said, everyone was quick to support each other instead of rushing nonstop for the best line. CBB's been killing it this year already, but this is G.O.A.T. material. I'll be replaying this one for a while.
