It has a framing device of the producer of the film explaining the production all the way through this ultra-violent tale of revenge. It is completely and unabashedly nuts. And watch the trailer where Sorbo finds his wife and kid and basically gropes the womans tits as a way to make it look like CPR before getting up and beginning to undo his belt, seemingly to have sex with her dead body next to their dead son, HOLY SHIT!
