Incredible improviser/comedic actor Seth Morris stops by the calming shores to explain why he quit playing basketball in 9th grade. He also tells us about his experience working on the show “Go On,” how taking classes lead him to start a the sketch comedy group “The Naked Babies” alongside John Ross Bowie, Brian Huskey, and Rob Corddry, and the craziest story someone shared at the improvised Facebook show at UCB-LA. Then, after a lighting round of Quick Hits, the one & only Dennis Rodman calls us to let us know the reasons behind his recent slams toward President Obama.

Tim Maia (pronounced "my eeyah") is the shit! He came to the U.S. when he was a teenager, fell in love with the soul music coming out of Detroit and reproduced it back in his native Brazil. Some of his songs definitely have more of a samba vibe than a funk one, but I love this song he made, the title translates to "She's Gone"
