This week on TWO CHARTED, Howard is on a post-game roll as he shares his thoughts on a local eccentric, Pete Carroll's coaching philosophy, and Ramhand in general. Then Kulap counts down Stereogum’s Top 5 Best Songs of the Week, explains Drake’s effect on women, and turns a corner on men whispering in songs.

I love love love Wye Oak. I don't know if they're a band who grabs you in a 10-second clip, but I recommend giving their full song a try, especially if you're in the mood for something a little moody.

Sun Kil Moon is Mark Kozelek, also known for Red House Painters. Dude is an AMAZING singer/songwriter. His original stuff is great but he's definitely known for his covers. He does an epic version of Silly Love Songs.

Howard and Ramhand are giving Scott and PFT a run for their money as the best semi-regular comedy podcast duo.

A really fun listen. I love hearing people being happy. And I also like hearing Howard.

One of our local eccentrics here in Houston is the Montrose Rollerblading Dancer.
