Watched Ricochet the other day, and it made me think of this also early Denzel Washington role. Even at the end when George Segal "learns his lesson" that all of his and his friends horrifically racist pre-dispositions are horse shit, this movie still manages to feel racist. Which is impressive in and of itself.

 

But Denzel Washington is amazing in this. Its incredibly easy to see how he catapulted to fame in subsequent years.
