Oh and I wanted to say re: the Amazon price of "Surf Ninjas" novelizations going up. It might not be that they have actually increased in value so much as Amazon has had more people searching for them (because of the podcast) and thus raised the prices. I know they often will charge you more for a product you had searched previously than something you never looked at before.

I am sure the prices will go down again.

That's possible. I'm not seeing any $50 prices for the book on ebay lol

I DID, however, discover there's an AUDIO BOOK version that someone has up for BIN. Performed by Ernie Reyes Jr. That's... someone's treasure.

Now that is worth the cost.
My Howdy sense is tingling. Break out Google maps and my abacus...there's a C&O to be solved! And this time, it's personal...

Quote

Title: Great read! or hear??
This book is kinda like the movie, but better. imagine the movie with more action and that kinda stuff times 10...thats what the book is like. I read it cover to cover in one sitting. It is an easy read that will keep your attention the entire time. i suggest you go get your free copy of this book at my store on tuesday at 5. The audio version is also available in my voice.

Don't worry, Dr. Mario heard what Paul said and he's pissed off.

Please don't blame Paul for his stance on Dr. Mario. If you listen to his old episode of The Indoor Kids, you'll learn that he suffered from a debilitating childhood disease whose main symptom was always choosing the wrong side during the Console Wars. He can't help being who he is.*

God, I wish they'd tone down that orange/teal filter shit, but at least it's a DC movie with color in it.

I really fucking hope Wonder Woman bucks all the rumors and turns out to be great despite all the odds against it.

Whoever did the score for her theme is fantastic.

I'm really rooting for it, too. I love that they got Patty Jenkins for it (also that it's not a Snyder-bro directing), and Gal Gadot was by far the best part of BvS. My biggest concern is that it feels a bit too similar to Captain America: The First Avenger, which is my least favorite of the Phase 1 MCU stuff.

And I'm hoping it's a lot like the first Cap movie, which is one of my favorites of the MCU (Peggy Carter 4EVA).

As a Texan, I find it disgraceful that this was not my first response.
