I watched this movie a couple of days ago, and think that this would be a great movie for HDTGM. This movie is absolutely crackers, and the monsters look like the teenage mutant ninja turtles! The movie has the feel of a film that was originally meant to be 3+ hours, but was then spliced down to 1 1/2 hrs without the budget to fill the remaining plot holes.
