    Character Drawings

Wow, all of these are so good. I wish I had an ounce of drawing ability! I'd love to know which ones the players feel best represent their characters as they see them, there are so many interpretations I think that would be really interesting

If you haven't bought the UCB Book yet

Update: saw the book on amazon, got super excited and did a little dance, proceeded to check out, and... " We're sorry. This item can't be shipped to your selected destination." Fuck.
  4. We shall go on to the end. We shall fight in France, we shall fight on the seas and oceans, we shall fight with growing confidence and growing strength in the air, we shall defend our island, whatever the cost may be. We shall fight on the bitches... Wait, that can't be right. Ohh, the BEACHES, that makes much more sense.

If you haven't bought the UCB Book yet

Thanks so much for pointing that out! Glad they are aware of the issue, hopefully they find a workaround soon, there is not much opportunity for improv training in Perth, but I really want to learn... In terms of solutions, I think the people who replied to Matt's tweet had some good ideas, either make a deal with amazon, or with an Australian print on demand service.

If you haven't bought the UCB Book yet

Hey, hoping Matt or someone else at UCB might see this... I went to buy the book today (basically as soon as I knew it was available), but I live in Australia and the site was going to charge me around $90 for shipping, which is outrageous! I was recently in New York and I sent some stuff back home, and it cost me far less to ship what amounted to much more than a book, space and weight-wise. Is this some kind of mistake? Alternatively, if someone else wants to put a copy of the book on eBay, I am more than prepared to pay a reasonable shipping price on top of a small markup. (I know this may not be the best place to send this query, but as the above poster pointed out, there is no contact address on the UCB store website)
  7. This episode was great, I loved hearing all the behind-the-scenes stuff about the UCBs philosophy. Plus, Ian Roberts getting legitimately angry during a fictional conversation with that anonymous stand-up was hilarious! Can't wait to hear the next one..
  8. @ Rob: While I accept that you have a point, my hatred of JJ stems more from the fact that it burns up valuable time that could be spent playing games that are consistently hilarious, like What Am I Thinking, Would You Rather, Hollywood Facts, or even Alive or Dead (one of my personal favourites). @ Jacob: Surely you mistyped and actually meant that "[Plugs] is the best thing in the history of the universe", because otherwise I find your judgment to be incredibly suspect.
  9. I think we can all agree that Jukebox Jury is simply the WORST. When it was discontinued all those CBBs ago I was so happy, yet it still haunts me when I re-listen to a back episode that contains the said segment. So now it has seemingly been revived, and, like a Walker that has just been released from its confinement inside the CBB barn, we must all join forces to resolutely shoot this segment in its head to finally finish it off. While some may say that the Bong Song gave them some glimmer of hope about the segment (although I will admit, it was a huge step above most of the turds people submit for JJ), I would strongly argue that this is now the perfect time to retire the segment. For perhaps the first time, JJ ended on a positive note, with a less-than-terrible song. Now it has had this final dignity, I implore Scott Aukerman to unceremoniously bury this segment at sea, bin laden style, so that its body can never be found and reanimated.

    Episode 9 — Dudicle

The amount I freaked out when I saw that the podcast wasn't working in iTunes or here is a testament to how much i love this show. Hopefully all the technical issues are sorted by the time iv finished listening to the two clips on the episode page!
