    Omission: What about the fact that while under great duress at the end, Jack Palance took the time to draw a 'BOOM' cartoon on a piece of paper. Also, why was it not okay for Cash to shoot the bad guy when a laser dot was clearly on his forehead (prior to the realization that there was a grenade)... but falling back and shooting him with his BOOT GUN moments later was fine.
