I heard a rumor that this episode's guest really loves chemicals...

Was hoping Scott would refer to it as the "iNcontinence + eXponents" tour

So just to review the deaths that Horatio's characters have caused, either directly or indirectly:
Â
Shelly Driftwood: accidentally sliced Ron Goldman (whose reanimated corpse proceeded to then kill Nicole Simpson), invited the Wonderland Gang to their demise, drove into gym while high on vitamins, killing one of the fat people on the stairmasters
Jacob Brooks: bullied a heavy girl in high school who then committed suicide
Aaron Neville: ordered the strangulation of other prison inmates using radio wires
Victor Ramos: accidentally blew up a halfway house with 9 bums inside
Chico Davis: saw the gun of Dimebag Darrell's murderer prior to the shooting, but ran away instead of warning him
Uncle Stoney: caused the Black Hawk Down helicopter crash
Wesley Treehawk: rode his vespa into "pale" people territory and shot homeless people with a crossbow
Darryl Drummond (from the TV show): drove his monster truck over cars, unaware that people were still inside them
Â
I'm probably missing some, so please add any if you know.

A couch filled with hotties (Horatio being the hottest)

Who knew a guy like this had such a legendary load.

Most musical guests know when to take a step back and let the comedians do comedy on the comedy podcast.
Â
Stars didn't seem to have much interest in that.
Â
Scott doesn't have musical guests on just to play music, he has them on as regular guests to talk with and interact with the characters. That's the whole point.

I don't think I'll ever get tired of Scott trying to spread the rumor of Weird Al taking the 'o' from Dr. Demento

I absolutely love that James only brings Tom Leykis when there's at least one great female comic there to foil/balance/amplify him. Poehler, Bamford, Lapkus solo, now Tig AND the Wild Horses. It's clearly a conscious and very smart decision.
Â
If you haven't listened to them yet, Tom Leykis does guest on 2 live CBB episodes from the Earwolf store. One with PFT as the third guest and another with Horatio Sanz. Its a bit of a different dynamic since its all-male and only character guests, but still equally as hilarious and disgusting nonetheless. Definitely recomend buying those episodes.

Man, Kanye fanboys sure are sensitive

Â
disagree, tried to listen once because the guest was someone I liked, and it was just not fun for me. Maybe there were too many things that are HH bits, so I was out of the loop? Please give me a quick 5 of your favorite memorable episodes, for comedy sake, and not necessarily for self-referential bits. I want to pick up another earworlf-cast to round out my work week of commutes, but it failed to hook me before
Â
I would listen to the Adam Pally episode, one of the earliest ones. That was the one that got me into the podcast when I didn't really understand it and I still think its the funniest. Adam plays it more grounded as opposed to Sean and Hayes and constantly insults and shits on them for all the absurd things they say throughout the whole episode.

Yes, having listened to hours and hours of Horatio on both Comedy Bang Bang and Improv4Humans, I am often blown away by Horatio's willingness to suddenly (and without warning) completely switch characters at the slightest provocation, totally disregard any established backstory/narrative without any real attempt at reconciling any huge logical inconsistencies that may result, or just suddenly become "Horatio Sanz" for a while before finally returning to being a character of some sort. I, for one, love this about him. It gives his appearances an anarchical, unhinged quality that I almost always genuinely enjoy. I've never seen or heard any other improv performer operate with quite that level of chaotic fluidity. As I said, I really like that about Horatio, but I could also certainly see how that could lead to moments of bafflement or confusion for both his fellow performers and the listening/viewing public.
Â
Im a big fan of Horatio and have been trying to articulate those strange qualities that make him my favorite guest, and this is it! Great analysis

Colin is trying so hard to be funny, and it is not working.
Â
Didn't see that at all. Perhaps you have a negative bias towards him. I think he's been funny in all his appearances as a non-character guest.

When Andy finally appears on UTU2TM, i hope the crossover episode is titled "U Talkin' U2 To Me 2 I'm Talkin' U2 To U Too" (UTU2TM2ITU2TUT)

I will literally never get tired of Scott giving the Birthday Boys shit for being white men.
Â
Maybe The Birthday Boys and The Whitest Kids U Know should consider swapping names. They're certainly more fitting of that title.

Thank you Michael for your donation and for making this awesome episode happen. You did really great as a guest. I probably would have been so intimidated and/or awkward being in the presence of the titans of comedy.

If all Phish fans were as chill like Harris, I'd definitely go to Phish shows even if I hated the music. (I don't hate them anymore though. Harris has put me on the track towards slowly becoming a fan.)
Â
Also, amazing work on the Jaws/Phish mash-up Brett!

Also, for those who have not seen this yet, definitely check out the short film that he directed with Armen. I really love the look and feel of the film.

Tears --> laughter --> cheerful tears
Â
From beginning to end, this episode truly was an emotional "Batman: The Ride"

Chelsea: "I just don't jerk off to specific people..."
Â
Harris: "Groups of people?!"

I teared up during Scott's intro, only to find myself laughing the first time Harris started yelling at Adam for eating.
I'm really glad this got released. It's helping. Thank you, Scott, and everyone at Earwolf. Motherfuckers wanna laugh.
Â
I went from tearing up in the beginning to bursting out loud with laughter after hearing the sound of Harris suck his own dick. A testament to the instant healing effects of comedy.

Harris is jammin' out to a never-ending Phish concert up in the cosmos right now.

It was weirdly thrilling seeing Adam talk about this podcast on Letterman.
Â
finally UTU2TM is getting the national attention it deserves

Adomian needs to have his own podcast pilot project series. I could already imagine the Jesse Ventura and Huell Howser episodes.
