  1. Great Lake Avenger

    Episode 155 - Airborne: LIVE!

I was a little surprised Kumail didn't connect the director of this film with Jack Black and Seth Green's X Files appearances.
  2. Great Lake Avenger

    Episode 148 - Vampire's Kiss: LIVE!

Ok, much of this movie is in Nic Cage's head. I'm pretty sure the 'so important' missing file/contract is in Cage's head also. Whether he's doing it intentionally or subconsciously just to torture his assistant. That's why it can't be found.
  3. Great Lake Avenger

Episode 143 - Gods of Egypt

I'll be "that guy" but, Sorry, Pantone metallic gold ranges from about 871 to 877. It's a part of my job. There, I'm done being a condescending nerd.
  4. Did anyone notice one of Quill's thugs was played by Casey Siemaszko? He was in Young Guns, and played one of Biff's goons, along with Billy Zane in the Back to the future movies.
  5. Did Billy Zane strike a pose every time he made any movement, when wearing the purple costume? It was very distracting.
  6. Ah, The Phantom. The first time I went to a movie and considered walking out! The friend I saw this with, we still refer to this as one of the worst movies we have seen. I still have the skull ring the theater handed out to us for paying to see this turd!
  7. Great Lake Avenger

Episode 129 - The Apple: LIVE!

Was the Hippie Rapture, the same as the Wookie Life Day candle walk into a star?
  8. Great Lake Avenger

Episode 129 - The Apple: LIVE!

I think why the same actor played Hippie king and Mr Topps in this Genesis/Revelations mashup is this: They are part of the Holy Trinity. Topps is God the Father, Hippie King is the 2nd coming of Christ, the Son. And the Gold Caddie is the Holy Spirit? Kinda like KITT?

EPISODE 107 — Lake Placid: LIVE!

Correction/omission Not naming the lake Lake Placid because there already is one is ridiculous. In Minnesota alone, many lakes share names. There isn't a law or rule dictating the naming of lakes.
