    Episode 132 - Bloodsport: LIVE!

Great episode! Why did both Ray and Dux always walk around with their jacket sleeves rolled up? Was this an american thing in the 80s? Also costume related, when jean claude goes to hong hong to visit his trainer his pants are pulled almost to his chest and is shirt is cut down below his pecs. I'd say that is very strange attire for an Army guy.

    Episode 131 - The Covenant

Just gonna point out another "possible" inconsitancy. It was established that Caleb was very concerned about unnecessary use of magic. He chastised his friends for the innocent prank of blowing up a girls skirt in the bar. Something that would have been a big stretch for anyone to even connect with magic. Yet at the end of the movie Caleb uses magic to reconstruct the broken windshield of his car in front of a dozen or more firemen. This didn't need to be done. He could have drove away as it was or called a tow truck, etc. So is this an inconsitancy or..... was it put in delibrately to show that Caleb was going to be an addictive mis-user just like his dad?

Episode 128 - Streets of Fire: LIVE!

As another poster pointed out some of the songs sounded like lost Meatloaf songs. Well at least one of them was. Wikipedia says: "Nowhere Fast" is a song, performed by Fire Inc. in 1984 for the rock movie Streets of Fire. An alternate version of the song was recorded by Meat Loaf the same year. Also IMDB says Kathy Griffin is one of the concert goers. As pointed out in the pod cast the "Battery" takes a real long time to get to. When they left it really seamed like the morning with the scenes in the diner. However, they don't arrive until 10:00 PM at night. I think Ed B Jr says it 10. I know someone did in the pre-rescue scene. That is like a 12 hour trip! Can you imaging having a rival gang from another time zone. We're talking 24 hour round trip to kiss rape some girls. Is there really no place closer? I think when Rick Moranis says later " just a couple of hours drive.." That line was just add to make up for the night/day discrepancy. But it was morning Dude.

    Episode 127 - Kazaam: LIVE!

Great episode as always. So much to go into but one scene that stood out for me was when Max was in the club and his dad was yelling at one of his partners. Max, the certified street smart delinquent who needs a tutor uses the correct grammatical phrasing when he says "I thought it was going to be you and I" Instead of "you and me" Which most 12 year olds would say. And then his dad - the gangster echos back, "There is know you and I." Totally bizarre that grammar needed to be correct in that one scene.

EPISODE 126 - The Star Wars Holiday Special

I also thought it was confusing how Wookies were sexual attracted to humans and vice versa. Itchy definately had jungle fever. Mala totaly had the hots for Han and the trader Art Carney played wants to get down and fury with Mala. Also, though very few people understand Wookie all Wookies understand english. You would think with all the tv channels and webcam access on the Wookie planet there would be at least 1 Wookiee channel - sorry no. All TV programming is in english including critical planetary security alerts and curfew information.

EPISODE 126 - The Star Wars Holiday Special

It is a tough one to get through. Really bad but you can't look away. What I took away, CBS was ahead of its time in invisioning VR porn. Only watchable part was the trippy mini Star Wars episode animation that Introduces Boba Fett before he was in the movies. Gonna listen to the podcast now, Should be a good one.

    A Walk in the Woods

http://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/a_walk_in_the_woods_2015/ Robert Redford and NIck Nolte hiking the Appalachian Trail. Spoiler - There are many rivers running through it... but only for old guys to fall into as a sight gag. I honestly really only made it halfway through it but there is more than enough material there already to fill an episode or two. Whats sad is I have enjoyed every member of the cast in their other projects. I would imagine Redford could start his own projects and do, or not do whatever he wants - so why this? Paul please check this one out.

    EPISODE 123 - Lifeforce

I know I am late to this party but a few things I noticed that I did not see mentioned. First, worst representation of a comet in a sci-fi movie. Even in 1985 there must have been tens of thousands of stock photos of actual comets to work from. They went with a solid neon green smudge. Second, Lots of sweating. Guys were sweating in almost every scene. But who could blame them with hot space girl walking around? Lastly on the naked female dehydrated corpse - the film's puppet makers made sure the carpet matched the drapes. I guess 25 million will get you that kind of attention to detail. One more thing that made me laugh. When Carlson was descibing a patiient to the Patrick Stewart he starts with, Older gentleman, grey hair, large man, then adds, with a mole on his face. Later when we see the patient the mole covers more than half his face. Maybe lead with that?

EPISODE 120 - Masters of the Universe

When Kevin finds a tubular shaped all metal object in a smoking crater in a graveyard with no keyboard, no writing, no volume control and no input/ output for power or amplification he immediately identifies it as a Japanese synthesizer. He is suppose to be musician so that is an odd call. Then later in the movie Kevin saves the day by using an actual Japanese synthesizer to open the worm hole. A Casio. Product placement maybe?

EPISODE 119 - Maximum Overdrive: LIVE!

Super funny episode. Andy Daly was a great addition to the team. Wished they had talked more about the draw bridge scene. The extreme carnanage generated by a partially, and very slow opening bridge that would easily have be avoided by the drivers keeping their foot on the brake is rediculously fun. You would think a bomb hit the bridge. Watermelons rule. Keep up the great work!
