Casey this is super easy but it makes you look like a "fancy healthy cook" make a package of quinoa, its just like making rice so you just throw it into a pot of boiling water basically, and then mix with a good vinaigrette and fresh vegetables like sweet corn, red green and orange bell peppers, tomatoes, celery, lots of fresh basil, whatever else you want....its yummy and it Looks good
