Interesting show. One of my favorite sayings, that I try to pay attention to is this, "What you think of me is none of my business." It is true, when someone criticizes you it is usually their stuff that they have an issue with, not yours.
This goes along with Zen and Good Speech - 1) it must be kind (not hurtful); 2) it must be timely; 3) honest; and 4) not cause disharmony.
Criticism is hard to receive sometimes, if you don't attach yourself to it and learn and let go it won't bother you.
