    I just want to say that I work for a small bakery. There are three of us normally. We just had an order for 6000 cookies that we completed this week. It took us seven days of 11 hour days and five extra people to complete that order. It also took 125 dozen eggs. I would say that MJH is going to have some real loose cookies using only 10 dozen for 15,000.
