    Episode 192 - Striptease: LIVE!

I don't know what it is about Demi and HDTGM, but there always seems to be poultry talk. - Striptease, and Paul equating turkeys with boobs - LOL, and the infamous chicken.

Well, I've talked about the song, I should just share the audio at least.

    Episode 192 - Striptease: LIVE!

There is actually a better version of Striptease. It's the video for "Turn the Page" by Metallica. It stars pornstar Ginger Lynn who, in the video, plays a stripper. But, interspersed throughout the video, she'd do these talking head interviews, in character. So, at the start of the video, she says, in an upbeat, and peppy way, "I've always been an exhibitionist. I would say I've always wanted to be in the entertainment business without really realising it... and I am now" Then the song starts, and you see her in a dump of a motel room, with her daughter, so it shows that this is the only way that she can support her daughter, getting ready to go to work the day shift at the strip club, while her daughter waits backstage, trying on feather boas and whatnot. Then just before the song breakdown, she says, in a much sadder tone than she was at the start of the video "I do it for the money, and I can change my life, and I can be what society wants me to be, and I can raise my daughter just as good as anybody else can!" Then, when the harder bit kicks in, she heads out for the evening to work as an escort, and she goes back with a real piece of shit, that roughs her up, and throws the money at her and leaves, and her daughter that comes in from the next room hugs her. She then does her final talking head and says "If I could start my life over, I would make the EXACT same choices!" It's a devastatingly sad music video, but it shows that there shouldn't be shame attached to anybody who chooses to do it. I would post the video, but I think it's a little to strong to put on here, so if you have a spare 5 minutes, go check out it, it's one of the best music videos I've seen.

Have you ever talked to Mercedes Carrera? Because she has a similar story about going into porn. She was previously in Aerospace Engineering, but decided she would be much happier, and much better off financially, doing porn.

    Episode 192 - Striptease: LIVE!

In the case of the porn star I talked to, she told me that a lot of them get all of their's paid for by the production company they're signed to, but obviously, this is only for those who have signed exclusivity deals. The problem is, because it's all paid for out of somebody else's pocket, it does lead to some of them going too far with it, because it's like they get some kind of dysmorphia (if that's how it's spelled), where money is no object, so they can say "Well, I do want bigger boobs... Now I need a bigger ass... these lips look a bit thin..." and some were getting botox and facelifts before they were even 30. Not to bring it back to wrestling, but there's a wrestler called Goldust, when he got the gimmick in the mid-90s, he was this provocatively androgynous weirdo, and he actually pitched an idea that he would get breast implants to further the character to make himself even more creepy. So, had things lined up, the son of Dusty Rhodes would have had fake boobs, for a wrestling character.

Maybe it's a poorly executed swipe at the "Good Old Boy" network. One of the things being used in his defence was "He was one of the finest tailbacks in High School football history!" like that is a legitimate thing to say in a guy's defence.

    Episode 192 - Striptease: LIVE!

I'm glad Burt Reynolds' wig was brought up, because it reminded me of a story about it. Burt made an appearance at WrestleMania X, as the special guest ring announcer for the main event. Pat Patterson, a former wrestler who was one of the guys in WWE who thought up of various storylines, gave some advice to Burt, telling him "When you walk to the ring, make sure you stay in the middle of the aisle, because those fans are going to try to grab you, so if you don't want anything getting grabbed, stay in the middle where they can't reach you", and motioned toward Burt's hair. Burt heeded Pat's advice, and his wig remained firmly attatched to his head for the duration of the evening.

    Episode 192 - Striptease: LIVE!

Fun Fact about breast implants. There's a kind of breast implant known as "The Chyna 2000", named after the late former WWE wrestler, and only female WWE Intercontinental Champion, Chyna. They were custom made breast implants for larger framed women like female bodybuilders and Pro Wrestlers. More importantly, they were more durable than regular implants, because of the various hits they'll take. Chyna had to get them made because she burst one of her implants during a match. So, there you go, a "How Did This Get Made?" about how a breast augmentation was made.

    Episode 192 - Striptease: LIVE!

I have a theory as to why Ving Rhames treated Demi Moore much better than the other women. He had a crush on her, and he thought he'd never get woman like her if he was just a "dumb bouncer". It explains why he would pretend to read the Wall Street Journal then tell somebody "do I look like I follow politics", and how he boasted that his lawyer thought his roach plan was "genius". But, the problem is, because he is just a dumb bouncer, he can't keep the act up. Also, I think the monkey isn't really his, I think he's monkey-sitting for another stripper, who I have decided is called "June Gail Fever", because it sounds like "Jungle Fever".

Regarding the big fake boobs discussion. I actually talked to a porn actress I was internet friends with about her's, so if this is wrong, I'm just going by what she said to me, as it could vary from person to person. Women with the comically large breast implants don't go comically large straight away. So, they'd start with a 34D for example, allowing the skin to stretch and heal to that new size, and then they'd move up to an E or F cup, and then gradually grow bigger and bigger, to prevent the skin from tearing. It's sort of like those gauges that stretch ears, but with big ass titties.

If you can't wait a week, and need a fix. There's an episode of the Team Tiger Awesome podcast where they watch "KISS Meets The Phantom of the Park" with Chris Jericho. It's basically a weird HDTGM/Rifftrax/Clusterfuck Interview amalgamation. https://omny.fm/shows/team-tiger-awesome/the-tta-show-ep92

Episode 190 - Hurricane Heist: LIVE!

With how on the nose the name "Breeze" was in this movie, I'm amazed they didn't just go all in with the punny names. Gail Forcewind Tor Naydo Gus T. And considering it's a heist movie Robin Banks

Episode 190 - Hurricane Heist: LIVE!

I laugh at all of you that had to pay to watch this dreck, because I got it for free! That's because this movie is an original production by Sky Cinema, which is a premium movie channel for the UK and the Republic of Ireland, it's a network of channels showing movies, and their own VOD service. I remember the lead up to the big premier, where they ran The Hurricane Heist on their "Sky Cinema Premier" channel (the channel for the new movies, this week, it's IT, and considering this could be read out on the Mini Episode, it's Blade Runner 2049), and in cinemas at the same time... because why would you leave your house, pay a shitload of money to watch the exact same movie you can watch at home, on a channel you already pay for?! It makes no sense. However, this isn't the only "Sky Cinema Original Production", there is a veritable smorgasbord as quality movies! Anon: Starring Clive Owen and Amanda Seyfried, some detective drama where everybody is embedded with computer chips where everybody can access everybody elses information. But, when Clive Owen has to solve a series of murders, he meets Amanda Seyfriend, who has managed to subvert the database, and has no information available... it sounds shit. Monster Family: Starring Nick Frost, Emily Watson, Jason Isaacs, and Catherine Tate. It's an animated family comedy where some family don't get along, so some witch curses them, and they all become monsters and can only become human again if they start getting along. So, it's some Freaky Friday bollocks... it sounds shit. Final Score: Starring Pierce Brosnan and DAVE MOTHERFUCKING BAUTISTA!! Described as 'Die Hard in a Football Stadium'. A former soldier has to use his military skills to save 35,000 people from a terrorist plot at a football match... it sounds shit, but DAVE FUCKING BAUTISTA IS IN IT!! I'm watching this one when it comes out.

    Episode 189.5 - Minisode 189.5

I watched the movie when they aired it on Sky Cinema, the people who made it. It's fucking awful and perfect for a podcasting.
  21. I watched about 15 minutes of this movie, and ended that 15 minutes with the lone note I made being "I want to kick Paul's ass for trying to make me watch this". So, in the spirit of participation, I'm just going to randomly throw in comments about things I like in general. So, here's the first. I'm playing God of War, I LOVE The Witch, she's just so great, to the point of wanting Santa Monica Studios to do DLC which has more of her. Lovely character.

Tried watching this, found it hideously boring, so went right back to playing God of War.... BOY!!
  23. If we're talking about Metallica in the 80s? Absolutely. There was this hatred from the thrash guys towards the glam/hair bands, so a boyband showing up, there'd be some words. However, more recently, probably not so much with Metallica, but with the more extreme bands, like Slayer and Death/Black Metal. which makes me look awful, because I love Slayer and a bit of death metal. Metal fandom has this weird dick measuring contest among some fans for want of a better term. To me, there's a certain amount of "heavy" you can reach before it just sounds like absolute shit, but then you'd have some who'd say "What?! You don't listen to Scandanavian Folk Black Metal?! You fucking pussy!" they're basically the hipsters of Metal. This scene from Metalocalypse kind of encompasses the attitude: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8Uqz03Fgngk
  24. The bit at the start when they play the "posthumous" single from DuJour, the girl who rants about how she "plugs her ears whenever that crap comes on!" just reminded me of when I was back at school, when there was pretty much a turf war between the people who listened to pop music, and the people who listened to rock music, and it came to a head when there was an actual fight between the two groups over the CD player. Now, as the Metallica fan, you'd think I'd be whooping ass in the name of the rock music, and you'd be wrong, because I couldn't stand the "rock" group, because I found them to be arrogant and pretentious, because they looked down their nose at the people who listened to pop music. But the irony is, they were listening to the most mainstream of "alternative" music, and telling the pop listeners that they should be listening to "real music". I was no better, because as a thrash/death metal fan, I just found it somewhat humourous that the people on the rock side were acting like they pop side were pussies, while they're rocking out to Muse. So, hearing that girl just took me back to just standing off to the side watching the fight unfold like I was Clint Eastwood.
