Holy hell, I had no idea... That might explain the collection of musical talent despite the terrible story.

A mediocre movie with an insanely great soundtrack about a bunch of kids who try to rehab a big old money-pit of a house into a "Rock & Roll Hotel." Cast includes a young Marisa Tomei, and the sountrack has songs from artists like Phil Collins, the Pointer Sisters, Arcadia, Peter Frampton, Diana Ross and OMD.
