GREAT episode, made only better by the fact that the teaser at the end could totally be a hint that next week is farts and pro 4. i am probably only setting myself up for disappointment, but they did say that they were going to try to do these a little more frequently. fingers crossed.

i lovelovelove this podcast, but in listening to this, i just keep thinking JESUS HOW DO THESE PEOPLE HAVE SO MUCH MONEY? all these guys fly around the country and see phish 15 times a year? i guess harris is getting that sweet tv writer money, but the way he talks about it, it sounds like he's been doing this for a while. i guess his parents must be loaded or something.

good episode, though i will add that i am getting really tired of howard's "music and art should only make people happy" argument. let's hope it doesn't return.

think I nailed this one

LOVED this one, though there was some awkwardness when someone opened the door in walked into my office right as patton said "how do i get my dick in my mouth?". i don't know why, but i always get a kick out of characters that don't understand how to play games. fortunately/unfortunately is great for this.

didn't love this one. really felt like daly was the funniest guy in the room, but he kept getting railroaded in different directions instead of building towards something of his own. hearing jason scream at him to shut up was tiresome the first time it happened, let alone the seventh. still lots of enjoyable parts, but it just didn't quite meet my expectations given the guests.

i am such a mark for all the andy daly characters. i only knew him from eastbound and down before cbb, and now he's just one of my favorite people in the world. giamatti is problem my second favorite after all the daly guys.

i love what am i thinking, though i will say that i think it does a lot to show the true colors of the guests. if you are boring, you will be boring during this game. if you are hilarious, you will be hilarious during this game. the same is true if you play the game yourself. find some cool people, and it is awesome. lame people, and it is poison.

i am just throwing this out there, but i was listening to an old episode today, and i got an idea. i really miss plane breaks. the new studio might be nice for y'all, but it makes me sad in this regard. i suspect i'm not alone. and that's when it occurred to me! what if we had a pledge drive or something, and if we hit a certain number, hot would promise to have a plane break in a future episode? it is around xmas time, so maybe if they wanted, they could split the money with the la food bank or something. or not, i don't want to interject my own ideas in where these people have done so much good already these past few years. all i care about is doing whatever makes the possibility of a future plane break most tenable. i would start by pledging $20. anyone else?

Really, really enjoying this podcast. I had no opinion on Phish beforehand, and now I hate them. I am continually impressed with Scott's restraint in not screaming FUCK THIS at every terrible song Harris puts on. The podcast would be way less funny if that happened, which is why it is good that Scott is the host instead of me.
