This would be fun, I suppose. John Woo hasn't done well overseas, has he. Here's the trailer

There we go. NOW THAT is a ridiculously bad love scene. I expect to see something not unlike that in the upcoming comedy The Spoils of Babylon. I feels like the film maker thought he knew what a metaphor was but couldn't make it work.
Â
That said, I don't think rape instantly makes for a good HDTGM movie. Just sayin'.
-
The sequels really aren't that great, but they aren't really HDTGM material. It's not crazy, interesting or straight up bad enough to merit an episode.
-
No videos for this one yet? Screw that noise!

Am I the only one hypnotised by Stallone's bobbing in that scene? Also, I think David St. Hubbin's girlfriend made him that outfit.

Well, it's not a very memorable movie either. Still, if they do it, Scott Thompson would make a great guest.

I would love to see this episode. There's not a lot of older movies on the show and I think that this would make a great one. I don't think it does "make fun of itself" so much as it is sincere about being so ridiculous, but so is Birdemic and the Room. I think this one should be done.

What about a gay hairdresser who does John Wayne impressions. Also, has anyone seen the preview for Robin Williams new TV show? It looks as bad and ill-conceived as his worst movies.

Here's the part that surprised me: written and directed by Larry Cohen. I mean, I'm not the guys biggest fan, but Jesus Christ that a big spiral down in quality. Yeah, the Stuff isn't that great, but it's not Wicked Stepmother.

Wow, this looks like all kinds of not funny.

This looks pretty darn great! Cavemen! Lazers! Dinosaurs! Lazers again!
-
Same. A Lloyd Kaufman episode would be awesome!

I think the fact that it was intentionally silly and kitschy was why those who liked it really liked it and those who hated it... I might be ahead of it's time in terms of intentionally silly action movies (that and The Last Boy Scout, which I hate. I'm not against vulgarity, but the way vulgarity appeared in that movie... made me feel uncomfortable.)

remember liking it when it came out, but I had bad taste before I turned 18 (and even then...) I kind of need to rewatch it.

This isn't a great movie, but it isn't that bad either. It's a so-so movie. Still, I would like an excuse to have Joe Dante on the show. Maybe he and Paul can talk about Piranha 3D or even Piranha 3DD!
-
Yeah, it's not Jaws: the Revenge level of stupid, but it is pretty high up there.
Â
Â
And now... IN 3D!

Oh, it wouldn't be a Van Damme movie without the splits. In underwear, no less.
-
Gotta say, it certainly looks fun (neat special effects, too).

I think there are a couple of suggestions for this. Can we merge them into one thread?
-
Wow... that trailer was just... Ouch...
Â
Also, can we all agree the Game Gear was just not a good system?
-
Uhh.... wow... Jeez...
Â
-
Maybe someone can merge all the LXG threads.

It is such a shame I can only like the dancing video once.

Yeah, Freddy's Revenge is bad and it's gay, but it isn't bad because it's gay. However, because it is gay in a Tobias Funke, "he doesn't know how gay he is" sort of way, it becomes hilarious (the shower death is pretty ridiculous.)

My favourite scene is in the climax in the pool where Freddie takes as much time to attack the lawn chairs than the kids.
Â
An of course, because I always feel the need to do this for movies I support, here is the trailer:
Foodfight! (2012)

This would be great. I have, for a while now, wanted HDTGM to do an animated movie. Here's the trailer, though despite me posting this I'm gonna recommend you not watch it. For your own sanity.
