    I actually thought the Apple Tree song episode would be in the top 5. My fav of the year. I was so surprised it didn't make it at all. I'm so glad they played a b-b-b-bonus-s-s-s clip from it though. And so glad the one live show I went to was the #1 of those.

    Wait, is it confirmed that this is the final episode?

     

    I didn't think so! I've been wondering that while reading this thread. I thought they said multiple times that it's the end of the first season. There's no way the Scotts won't come back when Songs of Experience comes out.

     

    And this episode was over the top, ridiculously amazing. So so so proud of those guys. This fucking podcast had a Staind Glass episode about a terrible band, with Todd Glass talking about said terrible band, never having heard of them before. Amazing.

    Were the Bangles recorded at a different time? I know they did that on the 2 year or 100th episode when Rob Huebel and Tom Lennon were on. But Amy asked them a question! BUT in the photos Scott has a different shirt on with the Bangles than he does with the other guests. This tiny thing is going to drive me crazy.

    I think this has been one of the best weeks of the challenge so far. Nice long episodes. Great submissions overall. It's gotten more and more interesting as it has gone on. LDDC and LHR definitely came out on top for me this week. TL was pretty good, and BADcast was just kinda boring to me. Seems like a pretty easy choice. Sorry for repeating what has been said a million times.

    Also glad to see they're already planning on doing a season 2 (from what Matt said in Monday's ep). And I really liked hearing Matt defend himself. I think he's been a great host. This is a new concept for a podcast, and they've done an awesome job. I find myself waiting until Tuesday to listen to the Coaching sessions and then the Challenge. Then listen to the Judgment on Wednesday.
