Yeah, my map would be depressing, let's not do that.
  3. Thank you Frank, I gotta make this my ringtone.
  4. Sorry to see F+ go but it was nice to hear them go out on a high note. They always seemed the most excited to be on the show and I am glad they made it this far.

Episode 38 — The Return of Suit McGoo

I am listening to it now but the Math Rock freestyle that everyone did in the beginning was AMAZING. I want that whole song.

is it me or are earwolf shows really loud?

I drop it down to maybe 80% but never As low as you do. If anything I am glad it's a little loud, sometimes that's called for.

Andy Daly makes me lose my shit. Also, Awesome Theme Julia.
  8. Now that Scott has been on the show I think Howard's ex from Australia should be on the show. It's only fair.

    Q&A w/ Paul Scheer Thread

You seem to do a lot of newer movies, do you kind of give a pass to older movies because of the advancement in technology and budgets and such?

    Episode 35 — Let\'s Get Outta Here

Sounded awesome to me Dustin. If every episode you produce is this good, then...you'd be super good, or something.

    Episode 35 — Let\'s Get Outta Here

This is easily one of the best episodes of Who Charted? yet. It was awesome to see Howard have to kind of play the straight man to Scott's wackiness.
  17. Sorry to see Brett go, I was finally starting to really warm up to him. It seemed like this might have been the first week where even the bottom 3 weren't necessarily bad but just suffered from lack of explanation. The one thing I have started to see from week to week is the lack of knowledge of the podcasts and what has happened on past weeks of the challenge on the celebrity judges part. I completely understand that each judge can't be expected to listen to everything that is involved in the challenge. I also know that we aren't hearing the whole judging process, sometimes you don't want to see how the bread is made. The thing that surprised me this week is that Ham Radio wasn't mentioned to the judges as having been in the bottom three two weeks in a row. I know on other reality shows that seems to be a recurring theme, the fact that if someone has been either consistently good/bad goes into a lot of the judging. Each week seems to be pretty separate of the week before it because of the whole new judge line up. I love the guest judges and I think it is important to get different opinions on each challenge, but maybe a little talk of the overall competition rather than each weeks challenge should be done in each weeks elimination episode.

    Meeting Up

He's in Cinci this weekend it looks like but I don't think I will be able to make it. Kevin Nealon in Dayton in September will probably be a sure thing. Might head to Bloomington for some shows too.
  19. I was really surprised that The Completely Guide to Everything got kicked. After 2 really long sessions of talking to Ham Radio, with a lot of criticism that the other shows haven't received, it seemed like he would go. I recently said in another post how I thought the drama of reality television was missing from this but today that might have changed. I haven't enjoyed Ham Radios pieces at all so far and it almost seemed like he was kept on today as some sort of trouble maker that might cause some more tension.

    Suggestions

I am really starting to love this podcast each week. I am glad the time of the monday and tuesday episodes has gone down to around 30 minutes, the first couple of weeks felt incredibly long. It is really hard to evaluate this as a reality show and not just a podcast, at first I was kind of upset how little time it seemed that each podcast was getting on the air. It seemed like without having listened to episodes of the shows there would be no way of understanding what was going on. I then started thinking about it in the sense of a reality show and how as more people get eliminated each contestant gets more air time. It is going to be hard to get the kind of drama that comes out of contestants interacting on a reality show in a podcast like this since no one is really together. A sense of actual competition hasn't really developed but I am guessing that will probably change in the future. Today's episode was the first one that made me really think of reality television and I think since Paul F. Tompkins has been doing so much reality tv reviews that he understood how to approach this better than previous guests. Keep up the good work, this show is really growing well.

    rip my ears off

The F+ could read this for an upcoming challenge.
  22. I can't wait to hear the F Plus tomorrow. I have yet to listen to any of the podcasts yet and so far that is the only one that really stands out to me. I am pretty familiar with the type of horrible writing they will be presenting but the idea of it being in podcast form sounds amazing.

Episode 33 — Dresser Shopping with Marc

I wasn't sure how Marc would be on this episode but as always the guest was great. Mixing it up with a country chart was awesome!

    Episode 12 — Ghosts

Kyle's explanation of jumping out of the plane had me choking with laughter. If I was on that plane and saw it I doubt i'd be mad, more like "great bit".
