2 things: - Now, and it's not stated in the movie so this is pure conjecture, we have to assume that in the will there is also a stipulation that says if her returned self dies, Balem will then gain full control. This is why Balem wants her dead and why Titus wants to marry her, because if she dies after they get married, his claim would supersede Balem's. Hopefully this helps clarify the, um..."plot" of the movie. God, I feel really icky right now...Â
Balem needs her to sign Earth over to him or he can't harvest it, she says so right before Tates shows up to save her on Jupiter.

Yes, this song's been playing in my head all week. Great to have Howard back!

Speaking of the Lee ep,which is one of my favs, I was new to the show when I first heard it and thought it was amazing. It wasn't until the end that I realized Lee was really Howie. It was like the usual suspects.

What the heck is going on over at Earwolf? First Scott Anchorman lets the talant take summer off to go hob-nob with their celeb friends and now he lets you walk away from the funniest podcast ever!!
Â
Anyhoo, Wasn't there already a podcast on Earwolf that gave people advice on making it in Hollywood?
Â
(You guys really are the best and I guess I will (begrudingly) listen to your next podcast and somehow try to independently formulate my own opinion on reality tv)
-
You guys are off to a flying start. Between NKOTB surviving on semen and the JFK/donut line I am enjoying the shit out of this podcast so far.
-
This ep of Rivals was easily one of the top reality show moments ever (possibly only narrowly bested by the time Kenny turned the tables on Wes in Fresh Meat or the time Kenny carried Wes up a fucking mountain!!!).
-
Earwolf's next show should be Armen and Wie Wie vs. Scott.

Video episodes are always posted 10 days after they are recorded. The Besser Whooch just arrived on YouTube:

Â
Awesome, thanks!
-
I had no idea about April's podcast Go Bayside until she mentioned it on Whooch -I'm now addicted to it!
Â
She and comedian guests (including Howard Michael Motorcycle) break down Saved By The Bell in a How Did This Get Made style. It's fucking amazing!
Â
You sir have just made my week.
-
I would recommend people wait a week for the VPN upload for this one, maybe just listen to the Corrdry part of the show while you wait. Tompkins does some fantastically creepy work in this one.
Â
It takes sooo long though, I'm still waiting for the Howie/Besser Whooch from about 1 week and a half ago!

This ep was already looney tunes when Eric Andre walks in dropping gems!
-
This really made my Tuesday, I know that's sad but I don't care.
Nothing sad about it, just bros making other bros care.

Could not stop laughing at work once I heard 'ponytail pete!'

Riff Raff was a guest on The Champs, and, it was unlistenable. Somehow all his latent fame from Gs and Gents didnt prepare him to be interviewed.
Â
I thought he was great on The Champs, the man was promised sushi. He's a neon enigma. He was on Hot 97 this morning and the dickhead in charge kept stressing the kid.

Howie unleashed is truly a sight to behold (beheard?).

Doug's drops are an acquired taste (read: I hated them for my first few episodes) but, every once in a while, he'll land one so perfectly that it makes the rest worthwhile. They've also been used far more sparingly in recent episodes, possibly because Chris Rock and Aisha Tyler have no qualms about choking the life out of Doug.
Â
Compare this to Jonah Raydio (another recent favorite), where the drops are always a total catastrophe, and half the fun is listening to Jonah berate Neil Mahoney et al for their incompetence.
Â
My only beef wit The Champs is that I can never tell Moshe and Neil's voices apart. Every time I think I have it I get mixed up again. Great ep all around people.

Can someone explain to me how is it that our heroes are now carving through collectors left and right but Jerry couldn't even put up a fight against the invisible snake or whatever it was that got him.
-
Awesome ep guys, nice to finally meet the famous (now infamous?) Giancarlo and hear some Howie backstory.
-
Allen Gregory was my jam! Now back to the show.

Loving all the new Earwolf shows! J-Ville!

I know how tickled Howie is by Wayne's guitar playing but I've never heard him mention the seminal Wayne-guitar track "Leather So Soft." This is the track he wrote once he "mastered" the guitar, it's pretty awesome.
Â
On another note I tried to insert the code but that didn't seem to work, anyone know why?
-
Awesome show. I love Howard's comparison to running up on a sexy lady, "if you do what you want you might catch a beatdown!"
-
When did Kyle show Tig his balls? Is there a wiki of episodes/stories somewhere? I love your stories and I hate when I miss/forget one. I could listen to the AIDS story every day for the rest of my life and it will always make me laugh.

Aweeeesome ep! Wopp on da geep!
EPISODE 112 — Jupiter Ascending
in How Did This Get Made?
Posted
Despite the terrible story I kind of enjoyed this movie. The action scenes were straight out of a video game and I could watch C-Tattes fly around ragdolling Mila behind him all day (which was 1/2 of the actual movie so cool by me). A few points about Jupiter:
1. She becomes a space-princess and finds out about the universe in one day and going off the word of Tidus (who she doesn't know for more than an hour) decides to marry him!! Do some research, get a second opinion, wait a day, why agree to marry him on the spot?
2. When she meets Stinger she says something like why would they keep the good space tech from humans, then at the end she goes back to cleaning toilets, herself now hiding the good space tech from humans.
