In The Heat Of The Night

I could be wrong, but I think The Lion King makes a reference to this film when Pumba says, β€œThey call me Mr. Pig!!!” It was a line I always though must be a reference to something, but I could never figure out what it was. Can anyone confirm or deny?

    Simon says

Simon says, "Listen to the rest of the show." Usually I don't like being told what to do, but in this case Simon has the right idea.

  7. I think they mentioned in the movie that the emergency crash landing of their plane happened at 7:30, and they're supposed to be on Live! With Kelly and Michael at 9. That seems to be cutting it a little close to me, but whatever. The real issue is that, based on the fact that we're seeing clips from live television throughout the movie, the bulk of the action takes place between 9 and 10 A.M.! I'm guessing Live with Kelly and Michael is actually on, and Matt Lauer and Al Roker are breaking in to give updates about the sharknados, since at the end Matt says, "We now return to your regularly scheduled program." But they're still taping Kelly and Michael at the end when she stabs the shark with her shoe, so this entire movie, including the various ferries the girls take to and from the Satue of Liberty, the baseball game, and all the traveling around the city takes place in under an hour, and before 10 A.M.

    Daredevil Problems/Comments

Matt Murdock's heightened sense of touch gives him perfect balance, which allows him to perform acrobatics and stuff. He mentions it in his blind child training montage.

  14. 1. Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers: The Movie I was watching this the other day and almost everything that happened made me reevaluate the choice to watch it. 2. Killer Klowns from Outer Space This movie is right on the border between really bad and crazy good. I can't tell which one it is, but I know I love to watch it.

    Military time

Did you know that in military time, midnight is zero, not twenty four? I didn't! Welcome to Comedy Dumb Dumb. I'm your host, Stupid Aukerfart. We have a great show lined up for you today. You know him from X-Factor and previously from American Idol, Simon Cowell is here.
  18. Open the episode by taking a plane break as soon as the theme song is over. I miss them.
