Episode 200 — Halfway To China

So, it's 3:30 eastern and still no video. Don't promise video when there is no video! That's just mean!

    Episode 114 — Surfing Rainbows

Steve-O. Sigh. At least it's not Chris Gore.

    Episode 88 — Tooth Talk

Seriously, everyone, go watch Darkplace. Let me get you started:
  4. Someone needs to change the locks at the Earwolf Studios, and make sure no one gets a copy of the new keys until they sign a contract promising never to let Chris Gore in the building again.
  5. As a heterosexual male, I am entirely comfortable telling the world that Eric the Paid Intern is a gorgeous man, and his segments were always a fun time. Good improv is not dependent on the jumping off point, but having something silly and fun like the man on the street interviews does add to the enjoyment.

    Episode 81 — Cheetos & Horseradish

Eric brought a slightly different vibe to this episode, but it was still fun and fresh. Howard and Kulap were into it, and everyone clearly enjoyed themselves. Positive energy!
  7. CRJ got "Call Me Maybe" because she wrote it! And good for her. I respect artists who write their own stuff so much more than singers who don't do anything but show up at the studio and belt out whatever the producer has waiting for them.
  8. I'll just leave this here for Howard. And for people who like things that are fun. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lEsPhTbJhuo

    Episode 67.5 — 3/16/12 TWO CHARTED

    Mmmmmm ... Texas barbecue ...

Episode 64 — Rolling In The Deep

Second the "top 5 from a different year" suggestion. And not just for songs. Movie chart from 1982! How much fun would that be? A lot of fun, that's how much!

    Episode 63 — P. F. Toddler

My memory, plus statistics (also known as Box Office Mojo), absolutely confirm what Howard says. A quick rip through the month of February, 1982, shows a total of five movies were released in that month. In the first two weeks of February, 2012, there were seven movies that opened in over 1,000 theaters. No doubt there are way more movies opening wide every week now than there were 20 years ago. Score one for the Wie-Wie!

    Episode 143 — Grammy Spectacular

Rooms are available in Weird Al's first apartment building. Call now!

    Episode 100 — EPISODE 100!!!

Loved the podcast! Doug Benson is the greatest! Quick note, though: In the name "Doug," both the D and the G are "hard" consonants. Maybe if you're super stoned, you slur the hell out of it somehow so that they don't register?

    Episode 130 — Tall Napoleon

@Sarp: The internet has been having all kinds of fits today. I couldn't get the ep the first time I tried. You should complain to the ghost of Steve Jobs.

    Episode 130 — Tall Napoleon

How great that two newcomers just totally "got it" and brought the funny? I already loved Jenny (Jerry (Tampa Platt)) Slate and Earwolf Challenge Winner Elizabeth Laime, and now I love them even more. Moynihan was super awesome also as well. Check out "Bestie By Bestie" with Jerry Tampa and Gabe Liedman for more comedy fun! http://vimeo.com/27307420

    Earwolf is on Youtube!

Okay. Whew! I thought there had been a big fight between EW and FOD and then FOD called EW a stupid bitch and then EW said, "F You! You don't call me a bitch! I'm taking these sweet, sweet videos to YouTube. YouTube knows how to treat a lady!"

    Episode 130 — Tall Napoleon

Am I the only one who thinks the dead simple "What Am I Thinking" answer for "donuts" and "cream cheese" is bagel?

    Earwolf is on Youtube!

Hm. Why is this not just on Funny or Die?
  19. rdriley

Episode 67 — Hard High Five

    Hooray for The Bammer!

    Episode 48 — Emotional Luggage

So, this was pretty much the best podcasting week ever, right? Start with Pardo on WC? last Wednesday. On Friday, let's have the newest Earwolf team, Elizabeth and Psychic Andy, on Doug Loves Movies. Then, please enjoy some Halloween shenanigans on Comedy Fang Fang on Monday. Also on Monday, tune in to Jordan, Jesse, Go! to hear bonus KuKu. Finally, today, welcome Mr. Doug Benson to Whooooo Charted?

Episode 46 — Margaret and Al

Holy smokes! Eddie Pepitone's boxing robot is the bestest robot since the Good One Robot.
  22. rdriley

    Episode 89 — Storytime!

I would like a podcast where Ken Marino watches and explains insane Japanese cartoon concepts.

Episode 63 — The Sklar Triplets

Thank God! Since the Earwolf Challenge ended, there's been very little opportunity to give Besser an internet beatdown! . Matt, for future reference when you reunite with your quint siblings to guest host a sports podcast, the blackout rule applies to every team in the NFL. There's actually an official rule of what constitutes a given team's "home" broadcast area, and if a game doesn't sell out, the game is blacked out on stations in the "home" broadcast area. . Boom! Sports broadcasting knowledge dropped, Besser!
  24. I've criticized TL numerous times over the course of this challenge, so I feel like I'm completely secure in saying that the better podcast won. Based solely on this submission, I enjoyed TL a lot more. Jeff said in his notes that he tuned out on LDDC a couple of times, and I did as well. Over the course of the challenge, there were a couple of LDDC submissions that really killed it and stood out (like last week, when I personally probably would have voted TL out instead of LHR), but TL has been more consistently enjoyable for me. . I guess the best way to put it would be to say that TL had a couple of bad weeks, LDDC had a couple of great weeks, but overall I just graded TL higher. . Overall, I really loved the Challenge. Loved Besser. Found a couple of new podcasts to listen to. Even enjoyed the controversies, as long as people weren't being dicks about it.
