Caught this dubbed in spanish last night, and that didn't affect my enjoyment/disgust of this movie at all. Traci Lords as an FBI agent trying to protect a witness from mob hitmen during an interminable earthquake. Plot, dialogue, performances and effects are all bad to the point of being surreal. And somehow they got away with literally stealing footage from other movies. You know Christopher Walken's "Frank Kincaid" character from the "Disaster!" ride at Universal Studios? Even HE would've been thoroughly embarassed by the quality of this film.
