Bumping this. I just realized how bad this was when I read BoxOfficeMojo today. They mentioned Pixels' super shitty $24M domestic opening amid all of Adam Sandler's decline as a box office draw and awful, toxic, ultra-shitty reviews... and then point out that Terminator only made $27M when it came out earlier in the month, lol. It only mustered $3M more! They also took note to remind us all that it landed in third behind Inside Out and Jurassic World in their third and fourth weeks out, respectively. Terminator Genisys is in the same league as Pixels, you guys. I need to hear the HDTGM crew try and wrap their brains around this sad, soulless, shit-show of a Terminator movie.

Both: I would love to check out, like, San Diego Comic Con with 'em. I've never been; I would totally buy the tix for everyone though in addition to "Wish Money" to even put this out. But they also have to dress up as characters. Possibly DeadPool since they both(?), or at least Scott, has written for Dead Pool before. That would be great to go to the Con, and 1000x better to go with Zooks & Scottie. Didn't PFT and Scott go to SDCC this year anyway, to that one location nearby where, like, Nerdist was doing a free event and a couple podcasts did stuff there? I'm sure they'd be down for this, or at least, I hope. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I think that would be a blast. Only Con I've ever been to has been PAX East, and only with my stupid non-podcast-hosting friends. My friends are certainly not as cool as Zooks and Scott. Alternative: Visit the Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal Studios and LOOK for some magic there. That has to be, like, the most likely place to find some, right? Really wanna do something fucking magical now that Scott seemingly doesn't even want to try anything magic-related Just Jason: I would love to just sit in on an episode of Comedy Bang Bang hosted by Zooks. With Kulap as the guest-host. Just as, like, a pilot for when Scott hands over the show Just Scott: I wanna get some fuckin' U2 shirts from Bono! Or, at least, a lot of U2 shirts from the lead singer of a U2 Cover Band who we will refer to as Bono. I would not want to arrange much here; I would want to go on some kind of adventure where we crash some event that has already booked said U2 cover band. Hey, y'know what's a fun game? Whenever Zouks, PFT and/or Andy Daly are on CBB, zone out for awhile. Focus on your job if you're listening to this at work or whatever. Maybe leave, eat something, and come back. Then see whatever they're talking about and, mentally, imagine how the fuck they got there, lol. Only Scottie and Zooks could go from talking about Augie Doggie and Doggie Daddy (cartoon characters I only remember as "those bland dog background characters in various 80's Hanna Barbera Christmas Specials", I admit. And even then, just because Auggie Doggie so obviously had the same voice as Elroy from The Jetsons), to talking about having sex with inanimate objects and having a woman shove her clit into a dude's dickhole in, like, 7 minutes? rofl. i could listen to Brett Gelman struggle to come up with stuff for "Bad Jewish Cop" for hours and hours, hahaha! It's amazing how he has to tie in police brutality awkwardly into Jewish Oppression. My favorite was when he just called the guy a fuckin' Hitler... no wait, when he was going to call a guy a fuckin' Kraut and said the Torah is the only thing his people have to read after they took everything away... no, it's impossible to choose! I hope this character returns in the future on Comedy Bang-Bang or something.

Now I have to go look up either the actual episode, or the Best Of episode, with the part where John C. Reilly and Jon Hamm have an "Act Off" and the tear basin comes into play for how moved our competitors get.

Hey, I've been reading some stuff on Cracked lately, and after reading this: http://www.cracked.com/article_19350_6-famously-terrible-movies-that-were-almost-awesome_p2.html I doubt you guys check out the forums much, but I gotta ask anyway. Has Hollywood ever done a reboot of a movie using the original, abandoned pitch and/or script for the movie that they tossed out (that was obviously better)? I mean... what happens to this stuff? The script for Joss Whedon's original Alien Resurrection has to still be around the 20th Century Fox lot somewhere. Or the original Cool World animated/live action noir thriller/horror movie. These sound like awesome movies!

A new U Talkin' U2 To Me!?!

Y'know, when I heard that Gene Simmons was the villain, my mind originally thought they were finally going to tackle "Never Too Young to Die" the John Stamos "young James Bond" (sort of) vehicle where the lead singer for KISS plays, basically, Tim Curry's character from Rocky Horror Picture Show mixed with a bad guy from Mad Max. This is a fun movie too, Runaway, but I'm still disappointed that "Never Too Young to Die" will apparently have to wait for another episode of HDTGM.

Oh man this was the BEST! I LOVE Lauren as Ho-Ho, and of course, having PFT as Santa is a freakin' treat! It's so funny hearing them both swear so much.Just hearing H.G. Wells there drop so many F-bombs; none of his characters act like Santa. It gets me every time; before any actual jokes come out, I'm laughing so hard. And of course, they have to work brilliantly together - two of the best improvisers on Earwolf continually pushing their stories further and further into crazy-town. I'm gonna fucking say it. Usually though, he seems to just want to unbalance everyone and force them into territory they don't want to go - at least with people he knows can handle it and take things ever more crazy.
