Yeah, I asked a genuine and (in my opinion anyway) well-thought-out question on the Spont forum, and he just answered it with "NOPE!"
Â
So...I haven't asked any more questions. There was nothing *mean* about his response, per se, but he totally lost his shiz on a couple forum members who were clearly joking, and I don't want to be one of those guys.

Dear Howl:
Â
Please put new episodes of your shows on your app so I can listen to them.

What's so good about it, Chanson?

Jacob, we considered it very carefully, as a community, and decided that it would be for the best if you didn't use that image extension. It's not personal, we simply have to think about what's best for everyone.
Â
I am sorry you had to find out this way. Anastasia was supposed to send you a personal message about it.
I thought you guys were cool

when I tried to post my pic it said "you're not allowed to use this image extension in this community."
what the duck does that even mean?

Hi. I've never commented before. I don't know how to establish my cred. But I have it. Piles of it.
Â
Anyway, I just realized, as I was walking to work listening to a podcast whose host is a forum member of a forum for a podcast that I like, that I should probably tell the host of that podcast that I liked his podcast where the guest, who is the host of that podcast with the forum of which the host of this podcast is a member, talked about a different podcast on which this host of the podcast with the forum was a guest. So to that end: greggy, I liked your podcast with Hayes and your funny kid.
I like this guy.
And I'm not sure I like that.
You're on notice.

it's definitely the second best episode. The best being the one I was on. The podcast kind of peaked there tbh

Honestly I think one of the best suggestion-based scenes one of the early ones, the multiple referee from episode 4:
Â
Don't know if that's what you're looking for but it's one of the earliest ones that I thought was really a perfect demonstration of the art of longform and got me really hooked on the show.
This is the sketch that got me into the show!

God LL is simply the best.
That was the hardest I've laughed in a long time. LL and PFT are a perfect pairing. Both just super game for everything, and they always seem to surprise themselves with the insane things that come out of their mouths.

this episode was a classic.
And everyone really should listen to Greggy's p-cast today. It's next-level stuff.

Motion on the floor— I move that Will Hines and Joe Wenger (WENGERT!) need to be guests together. I love their characters. They're always a loose concept, and then they just swallow up all of the things being said and incorporate them flawlessly into their characters. I think the two of them together would be A-MA-ZING.
Pretty sure they've been on I4H together. I agree, they have complimentary sensibilities.

I had to stop listening because I was driving and literally couldn't see or breathe from laughing so hard.

SteveH and Steve Rannazzisi are both named Steve.

Coincidence? You decide.

Boy oh boy, the payoff of finding out what the episode title is referring to is grand. Claudia is definitely one of the all-time great CBB guests at this point.
Â
Gotta love that Peaches. I like lyrics that aren't funny funny. Like, you don't laugh, but you sort of think in your head "this is a silly thing for a person to do." Music that isn't intentionally bad enough to be interesting or funny enough to make you laugh is the best kind of music.

I think it's a bad podcast and I don't like it.

Just kidding! That was my impression of Steve Rannazzisi, famed liar!

Holy crap. It's amazing. Chad Carter is probably my favorite I4H guest; it didn't even feel like 2 people in the scenes.
EDIT: Meaning it felt like they had a full crew, not that they had less people.

I hope the show continues to play with the format like this. The show could keep doing the same thing every week and it would never get old for me, but I've really enjoyed the recent more "experimental" episodes like the Seth Morris one, or the one where they read ads during the interview, or negotiating a contract.

Woah, wait a minute...you're THE Chanson? From podcasts? Holy shit, dude, and all this time I've been talking to you like you're just a regular guy who has the same name as my podcast hero. Hey I've always wanted to know...how do you put your pants on in the morning? Both legs at once, I bet. So fuckin' cool.
bro that's not cool, Chanson doesn't have legs. That's why he only ever shows his face in his avatar.

This episode was great, and I was very glad to hear that Matt loves Interstellar. It's a great movie and people who don't like it are dumb babies with no hearts.

Heh, and the dads need to go out and get some SON, amiright?
