    Episode 143 — Gameface

The way Matt opened that cooking scene was a little like the Ian Roberts/Matt Walsh sketch from 'Infested With Friars' episode of the UCB show. I love that incredibly drawn out over-explanation. I haven't seen much of Neil, but I feel like he has that same kind of thing in him that Lennon Parham and Mookie do; where he'll just go into a strong character choice right off the bat in a scene. Funny stuff.

Episode 40 — Aubrey Plaza, Our Close Friend

Aeon Flux, Max Headroom, Liquid Television? Is this a podcast from 1992? Sean and Hayes at the forefront of podcasting. Nothing new there.

    Episode 297 — Canadian Apparel

Finally more Dov Charney! Who cares what he did or didn't do? How can you stay mad at that lovable scamp? (My slim slack half-socks are still on backorder by the way.)

    Episode 139 — Penis T-Zone

I'm so amped about season 3 being released. Looks like I'll have a night of Titte Brothers, Supercool and Thunderball next week. Seriously, Besser as Silky Slim on the basketball court, and the car roving the infield are two of my favorite things ever... Plus Steve Youngblood, and the Decatur Fist mascot drinking bleach. Holy fuck. Also, I feel like I have to say that Colin Mochrie was definitely mocking the audience a bit with the 'Do you understand?' long explanation stuff... Stiles and Mochrie are definitely smart and funny guys. I do fully agree with the stance of short vs. long form though. When I talk about improv, people assume it's Whose Line stuff and they instantly turn off. They don't even know what long form is because it falls under the same nomenclature. Pretty shitty, especially for pitching a show or spreading word like Besser said.

    Submit clips here!

Haha yeah. My friend and I lost our shit when Michael Jackson appeared. While the guy is doing a good thing (and is still continuing to teach based on my searching), he comes off as super creepy during a couple of moments. I put up 3 other short clips from it too if you didn't see. I'd suggest checking them out if you enjoyed that one. There's a funny freeze frame and music in the , great reaction shots of kids in the , and more

    Submit clips here!

I picked up an 1985 Child Safety PSA last week for 33 cents. It was well it worth it for a few clips, including one where the man tells kids about a guy dressing up as Michael Jackson and hurting kids, and that the real Michael Jackson would never do that.

    submit youtube clips for improv4humans

I went VHS shopping last week, and picked up this Child Safety PSA for 33 cents. Little did I know it would contain a bit about Michael Jackson!

    Episode 203 — Don Won't Allow It

I picked the Spurs in 5, and they won in 5. Too bad I'm not a gambler.

Episode 292 — DJs Are Sleaze Js

Is anyone else hoping for a Coach Teacher / Gene Creemers and Mikey / Bryan La Croix episode? I'd lose my mind.
  10. Honestly I've been wondering when a podcast would do commentary on an episode of their own podcast... It finally happened! PFT saying, "It's like watching the head cleaners" made me laugh so hard. Let's all pour out some of our 40s for VCRs.

Episode 291 — Summer Haunted House

I wonder if the haunted house proprietors are in any way related to Dalton Wilcox? When Neil finally got the 'little round hats' comment I was relieved, because I also had no clue what that was referring to in the moment.

Episode 137 — Porta Potty Sushi

All I could think about during the Sushi scene was the UCBtv skit with the man going bankrupt from hiring a personal sushi chef; then Besser starting the Mothra call just like the Mogomra vs. Fart Monster skit. Really funny. I probably enjoyed the trapped scene the most.
  13. Sorry to clutter up the immaculate forum for this highly structured podcast, but I have something I need to get off of my chest. My friend and I have literally been doing the, "It's been a while" interjections for at least three years now whenever somebody says those words. It makes both of us very happy that it has somehow crept into CBB, UTU2TM?, and now Staind Glass. According to Scott and Scott, many of you fellow listeners began to do it as well... My wish is that everybody that listens will join the world of, "It's been a while." It'll make the world a better place. Give it a try at home or at work!

Episode 136 — Hallelujah the Hills

I'd never heard of Hallelujah The Hills before this, but I enjoyed them. They had a bit of a Cake/Superchunk feel to me. Loved that Telephone scene, definitely best of worthy.

Episode 289 — The Exorcism of Cake Boss

Strong post by Daddy Descartes. Great work. This is also part of the joke.

Episode 289 — The Exorcism of Cake Boss

I meant the fact that Cake Boss (cake boss) wasn't invited to the wrap party was ludicrous. Guess I should've specified.

Episode 289 — The Exorcism of Cake Boss

I demand, nay humbly request, more Gourley. This episode was great, lots of ball busting, tangents, and a ludicrous plot.

Episode 135 — Ute of the Butte

I think Ute of the Butte has finally surpassed Battleship Strapon as my favorite episode ever. The scenes were amazing and full of callbacks, the chemistry was palpable, and the banter was hilarious... Plus it had some X-Files stuff in it. Of course Jessica was talking about the inbred episode called 'Home'. I saw when it premiered and I was about 8. and it scared the shit out of me. It was the first episode I'd seen, and I refused to watch another for about 10 years. That was a top 5 screwed up episode. Playing House is really good too, check it out if you haven't. (Although I'm sure most people on Earwolf have.)

Episode 134 — Hubba Bubba Worthy

I laughed really hard at Neil's "I'd like you to force me to dig my own grave" line. Amazing. He was also good on Playing House a few weeks ago.

Who was in the second Skirball show in NY last night?

The second show is always the one to go to, ya dingbat!

    Episode 286 — Time Bobby 3

Clearly I'm in the majority here, but I thought this was rather funny.

    Episode 285 — Solo Bolo

Woah, woah, woah, woah... Hey everybody! This guy brings girls to parties!

Episode 133 — King of the Dipshits

Hilarious episode. I was hoping there'd be some Sterling/NBA talk since Mookie was a guest.

    Episode 283 — The 5th Anniversary Show!

Absolutely great episode. The Christmas Spectaculars and Anniversaries always raise the bar. I really hope Gillian can make it to Wompler's party. That would be the greatest.
  25. Haven't listened yet, but I've been dying to see Jodorowsky's Dune since I first saw the trailer. It looks amazing. I even emailed an indie theater that's 30 miles away to request/make sure they had it. They're getting it in about 2 weeks I think... Guess I'll have time to see Under the Skin. This will make you mad, but I bought a VHS of Bakshi's version at a k-mart for $2.99 in like 1999/2000/2001 (pre-Jackson movies). I also only have watched it once, but I still have it.
