  1. Summah Gum: Trident Island Berry Lime

Summah Cocktail: Caesar (vodka/clamato/celery salt/worcestershire/tabasco/pickle juice)

    Summah Secret: I'll never tell

Dude, I like this but can I suggest you switch up your cocktail juice? That sounds like a recipie for crazy stank bref and that's no good when you're trying to suggestively whisper your summah secret to a young lady in a lounge chair. Something more green heavy, perhaps? I think a good mint julep is an overlooked drink.

    Summah Gun: Cardamom seeds

    Summah Cocktail: Scotch and Soda

Summa Secret: Already have one, but obvz noneya

  2. There was some weird tension in this one. Also, Howard saying he supports that guy getting stabbed for wearing a Jimi Hendrix shirt at a Vandals show is one of the most moronic things I've ever heard. Absolutely nothing comedic about it.

Sounds like you might be projecting some of that weird tension. Although, to allievate some of it, you should do a "Top 5 most moronic things I've ever heard" list. Coming in at nummmmmmber 5, a thing a guy said on a show I listen to!

I thought he was great on The Champs, the man was promised sushi. He's a neon enigma. He was on Hot 97 this morning and the dickhead in charge kept stressing the kid.

In my experience, sushi is the last refuge of the high and the hungover. He sounded like every kid in my Econ 201 class that thought he totally "passed" on Adderal.

  4. That shirt design is literally the greatest thing I've ever seen. Talk about a super campy, obscure reference that would make absolutely no sense to the outside world, except for a few select, superior individuals

And for the record, some of Asprey's ideas do seem a bit snake-oily, so I'm cautiously approaching everything (especially bulletproof products), but I will say that the overall idea behind it makes a lot of sense to me, high fat (and only fat if possible) in the morning; protein, vegetables, and fat at lunch; and vegtables, starchy, carbo for dinner. So I'm just sticking to that generally, eating quality meat, and the low mycotoxin fruits and veggies that he recommends for the hell of it. So far it's been OKAY, but I'm less than a month in, and my body still needs to adjust. I'll let the people know if it goes well or I die

I think you got the right idea Ramhand, but, might I suggest leaving the bulletproof coffee product, or any of this gentleman's branded nonsense, by the wayside? That way you can have the fun of an experiemental diet without the moral queasiness of supporting a huckster! Go to a local coffee roaster and find a blend that works for you. I guarantee it'll be just as "healthy" and alot more tasty and you get the benefit of supporting a real member of a real community!

  5. Ramhand, don't listen to the underinformed. You're doing the right thing. Coconut oil and grass-fed butter are spectacular. Coffee, not so much. But you have the two best fats in the world at your disposal. Don't overdo it. If anything go with more coconut oil than butter. Or more importantly, and much easier, go for X-Factor. It's high vitamin butter extract/oil from grass-fed cows.

It seems like a fad but you're on a much better track than Wie-Wie with his aaspartame-laced gum ;) lol

Sir, do you peddle snake oil as a historical recreation, or, are you really from 1876?
