My mistake, in that conversation he seemed to be kind of indifferent. I know Matt is a huge music fan in general, I just figured he likes going to shows and over time had seen several phish shows because they have been around for 30 years and tour constantly. To be clear, I do like phish a lot, although I've only been able to see "3.0" a few times. I would enjoy a music themed episode or more scenes about going to shows (of any sort). I feel like those experiences often have really humorous moments in them.

Matt explaining his car-horn's voice was genius, and that whole scene. "hey there fella, I'm here. Just lettin you know!" This episode was awesome. Always nice to hear something about Matt's dad, who is very interesting. Edit: Matt's shirt could have been a suggestion because there has to be a story for that thing.

I didn't think he was that bad. He wasn't the kind of guy I want to listen to a lot, but he did seem to really care about Howard. Howard loves the guy so I can listen to him for an hour even if I don't care who he has met. I agree with Ben M and Vampires. The bar is set really high for this show, and they have had guests that were way more shitty than this dude.

I feel like it depends on where you're from specifically. For me, being from Huntsville, AL (not rural), and growing up in Auburn, AL it would sound like "bin." Similarly "pin" for pen. The "Biyen" long "e" sound is more stereotyped from what people think southern accents sound like. Most of the people I have heard that use all long vowels are old and from poor, rural areas. Interestingly, a good friend of mine is from Quakerstown right outside of Philly. We lived together for a while and had numerous discussions on the finer points of what makes an accent "Easty." The spelling of Philly accents is definitely a challenge. P.S. go Flyers.

I loved this episode. Paul seemed so eager and up on his game. Matt was ready to jump in with the one on one scene. I just really, really enjoyed the videocast and everything it entailed. Matt didn't seem like a big fan or someone who is super opposed to phish so I don't know how an AP episode with him would go. I think he would be kind of like Adam Scott when he was on AP. Would it even be possible to get Harris in on an episode?

Im with this. Howard's been a little more swanky since the V-day videocast. He's making up for all of the swim-suit wearing he will doing for the next 6 months. Im ready for anotha summah.

I fucking love this. Especially the dude behind kelly. Check out the pose all those dancers were hitting just during this one still frame. Watching this movie without sound would be incredible.
