I'd like to see more stuff with Al, as I liked their relationship, but there was so little of it with it not being introduced until pretty late in the game. I love that their agreement is that Wade pays the rent if she, a blind woman, builds the IKEA furniture, and that this is something that's been going on for such a long enough time that they both REALLY know their IKEA.

Better yet, maybe the scenario actually happens in the sequel, or maybe we get a flashback that reveals the true origin of Deadpool vs. Yakov Smirnoff and the Spin Doctors! Now that I think about it, and to throw it back to a thread I started yearrrrrrrs ago, I'm kind of bummed that we didn't get a little "Two Princes" for our troubles...

This movie was the opposite of Yakov Smirnoff opening for the Spin Doctors at the Iowa State Fair!

This movie is delightful and does a pretty good job of explaining its own ridiculousness.

That's actually pretty tremendous. For me, the gold standard will always be "Scarface" though, as far as edited movies I'd still watch all the way through.

Speaking of toning it down, I hope they've had the foresight to do an incredibly nonsensical ADR job for the edited-for-TV version.

To be fair, it's Marvel Fox behind this one. Marvel doesn't do nearly as much promotion for their non-in-house movies. They'll use it to push the books, but I they're not exactly going "Go see Deadpool!" on their website or anything.

If I remember correctly, Cage busts his ass to find these clues and solve these puzzles, but then Sean Bean always manages to be right where he needs to be without having to do any of the work anyway!

I used to think so back when it was played 30 million times a day, but it's since grown on me. I always liked the follow-up single a lot more, as well as some of her other stuff. I'm sure it has nothing to do with half the girls I ever dated looking pretty much just like this. Nope, that can't possibly influence it at all...

I think it's from the album that followed the one that all of their '94 hits came off, but I'm upset that THIS isn't the Ace of Base song that became permanently ingrained in everyone's head. It is a fucking delight...

Even the MOVIE "Speed" came out in 1994!
