    The Wraith (1986)

Hey, there's only ONE guy known for playing a Spirit of Vengeance that we recognize around these parts...

    The Wolverine

"The Hunted" should be invoked more often. Yup, people need to invoke the SHIT out of that thing.

    The Wolverine

I really, really liked the stuff with Jean though, and I think the events of Future Past will fix much of the wrongdoing of part 3, so I'm fine with Wolverine being X-Men 3.5.

    X-Men 3

Oh, and how was that not her dream totem thingie in "Inception"? Only she knows the proper balance and weight...

    X-Men 3

I was annoyed that Kitty Pryde kept using crazy made-up slang that no one understands and that she had a hard time hearing what anyone was saying because she was talking on a hamburger phone.

THE CHRONICALS OF RIDDICK, FUCK YES!

In which he gets shot dead halfway through the film. Most effective use of Vin Diesel ever. In fact, EVERY Vin Diesel movie should feature him dying violently around the one hour mark!

    xXx

I think they're waiting to see if anyone gives a shit about Diesel outside of F&F. While "xXx" did alright the first time around, that was followed by years and years of Diesel flops, including "Chronicles of Riddick". Outside of the "Fast and Furious" franchise, nearly everyone IN those films has kind of floundered in their solo efforts.

    xXx

It's funny how this and the first "Bourne" came out the same summer, and that one went on to spawn an entire franchise that also kind of inspired the Bond people to get their asses back in gear, and then the movie that was all "Fuck you, Bond! Move over, grandpa!" has just had the one sequel, minus xXx, plus Ice Cube.

    Episode 67 — Sharknado

I can't believe no one's suggested THIS as a sequel: Sharknado vs. Mecha Sharknado!

    Temptation - Tyler Perry

A lot of people disagree with me, but I think "Madea Scared Stupid" was the high point of the series.

    Beverly Hills Chihuahua 3

So would a dog bar mitzvah be at like 1 year and 3 and a half months or so?

    The Wolverine

That a Christopher Lambert film is underrated, or that a Christopher Lambert film is a classic? That film is a miracle in that it's BOTH! I had the poster from the VHS release when I was back in high school, but unfortunately it's long gone Holy shit is it ever on Netflix though!

    Deadly Prey (1987)

Holy shit, guys! I looked at the IMDB page of Ted Prior (Mike Danton), and it lists a little sequel called "Deadliest Prey" as currently being in post-production! He also plays a character named Danton in 2011's "Breath of Hate" (that also features Felissa Rose of "Sleepaway Camp"), but based on the synopsis, it doesn't seem to have anything to do with anything else.

    Episode 67.5 — Minisode 67.5

I guess we can't really call for a moratorium when "Rocky IV" is still out there. I mean, I know how THAT got made (it was obviously the greatest screenplay ever written), but it marks possibly the biggest departure for the character from his humble beginnings. He went from just trying to go the distance to single-handedly ending the Cold War, which Stallone actually did TWICE in 1985. Also, pleasure bot...

    Balls of Fury

Have you read Garant and Lennon's book "Writing Movies For Fun and Profit"?

    Beverly Hills Chihuahua 3

And is this celebrated when they're 15 in dog years, or is it 15 in human years? How many chihuahuas live to be 15? That's a long time for any dog, period.

    X-Men 3

I just watched "The Wolverine", and I'm actually pretty thankful for the one-two punch of not great and outright abominable that was "X-Men: The Last Stand" and "X-Men Origins: Wolverine", because I think it was that desperation to get things back on track that brought us "First Class" and this week's new film, which has me super fucking psyched for "Days of Future Past" now. Fox can fuck so many things up, but when they take it easy a little allow some new ideas, sometimes they strike gold. See also: "Rise of the Planet of the Apes" and kind of, sort of, although I don't really want to admit it because I still want to see where/if it goes, "Prometheus".

    X-Men 3

He'd had mostly hits up to that point though, and I think it would have been better for both franchises if Singer had stayed put and Ratner had done Superman, as he'd had the gig at one point before Singer. Instead, Superman was slow and miserable, X-Men was rushed as all hell, and both films were disappointing.

    Episode 67.5 — Minisode 67.5

Weren't the WWF figures from around that time made of solid rubber though? I'm pretty sure you could bludgeon someone to death with a King Kong Bundy.

    Episode 67 — Sharknado

This reminds me, I'd love to see a gallery of ComiCon one-hit-wonders, like the year that a lot of people went as characters for a movie that was coming out that really shit the bed, or something that no one remembers! There HAS to be a guy that went as the Vincent Perez version of the Crow or something. Maybe the Phantom?

    Gothika (2003)

That's what you get for keeping things in your queue for three years and then not watching them, like me!
  22. PlanBFromOuterSpace

    Wild at Heart (1990)

Most importantly, a "Wild at Heart" episode would bump Cage back up into first place in a tie with Stallone on the HDTGM leaderboard.
  23. PlanBFromOuterSpace

    X-Men 3

Fox was determined to hit a release date, even after a bunch of things happened that would have been reason to delay or shut down the whole thing, like multiple director changes, what must have been a zillion re-writes, etc. Brett Ratner works fast, gets the job done, and you never hear about him rocking the boat, and I think he gets WAY too much blame for this (he didn't write the damn thing), especially considering that he was probably one of the last people brought on to the project.

    Episode 67.5 — Minisode 67.5

That's exactly the picture that I found, but I do remember seeing them in the Sears Christmas catalog. I can't imagine "Fat Fuck With a Cowboy Hat" was a big seller.

    Temptation - Tyler Perry

I believe you meant to call it "Madea in Space".
