I'm starting to think this contest is a DamonCarltonAndAPolarBear-style bit of surrealist comedy, and Paul's requests on the minisodes will start growing ever more specific: "Please avoid using green in your logo submission, since Jason suffers bouts of vertigo whenever he is exposed to the color green.""We would like to announce that we are changing the name of the show to Cow Did This Get Made? All future logo submissions should incorporate cows in some manner.""Guys, due primarily to arguments that occurred during the logo judging process, June and I have decided to separate. Please...oh god...please only submit logos featuring Jason and myself from now on. [sobbing]"

I thought he might be be the G-G-G-Ghost-st-st-st of Holiday Specials Past, apparating in the studio to show Scott and Paul the mistakes of their youths. (Scott double-booking Ace Ventura impersonators for a Mr. Show holiday party; Paul's ill-fated investment in zoot suits during the New Jack Swing era.)

Holy charts, this has immediately rocketed to the top of my Best of Who Charted 2012 list. Jessica St. Clair is incredible. Julia, the next Earwolf contest should involve people dressing up as members of The Connivers.

And, in her panic to escape the bear, Kulap broke the fan, dooming future Earwolf guests to heatstroke and/or death. This thing is Who Charted's version of the cursed idol that ultimately killed off the entire Brady Bunch.

If it's any consolation, it appears Brody uploaded these to YouTube himself. EDIT: Maybe not.

I can't think of a better word to describe Brett Gelman's body of work than "erratic".

I think it debuted in Episode 79, with guest Wyatt Cenac.

The 2011 Holiday Spectacular edition remains forever in my heart, thanks to Scott's brilliantly timed bail-out via the Foam Corner theme song.

When will we learn the fate of the CBB TV series? I tweeted @IFCtv this week to ask when we'd be able to purchase an iTunes Season Pass for Season 2 but, alas, received no response. Also, now that the venerated CBB stand-up show has performed its swan song, do Scott and Kulap have any plans to continue the Nativity Pageant? (Too soon?)

Disclaimer: By entering the "Win Howard's Hair" contest, all entrants hereby agree to undertake a pilgrimage to the great state of New Jersey, where they will scatter the hair over Bruce Springsteen's driveway.

Jaime, the scenario you describe is possible due to the way Amazon tracks who receives credit for your purchases. Basically, the last affiliate ID you click is stored in your cookies. Since every Amazon link you encounter can theoretically include a different affiliate ID, that ID is constantly being overwritten. The only way to guarantee that Earwolf gets credit is to go through the Amazon link on Earwolf.com. Still, many sites have links to specific Amazon product pages that include hard-coded affiliate IDs. If you unwittingly click one of those (or are sent one via e-mail, or have them bookmarked), the Earwolf ID will once again be overwritten. To help prevent this issue, I've installed these browser add-ons: Amazon Affiliate Link for Google ChromeAffiliateFox for Mozilla Firefox and entered the affiliate ID earwolf-20 in the settings for both. Your browser then overwrites every Amazon link you click to credit Earwolf instead of someone else.

Nice try, Tom Tykwer. This week's divergence from the norm was excellent! It's staggering to realize that, between Cloud Atlas, Speed Racer, and the Matrix sequels, the Wachowskis have flushed roughly half a billion dollars down the toilet.

I believe you meant to say "Paul, the moof is yoorse." http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LK77O056dyw

You and your business partner are singlehandedly responsible for an entire generation of men* being unable to hear the phrase "my wife" without Boratizing it. I hope you're happy. * Aaand women!

Reached for comment on Who Charted #105.5, actor/comedian Jason Mantzoukas offered the sober assessment, "This. Episode. Is. BANANAS."

It's hard to tell the difference; movies are just like tweets.

When Martin said "I'd Do A Lot of Things for Money, But I Don't Think That", he was actually referencing an obscure Meatloaf track.

It must be really stressful to record a podcast under Scott and Reggie's ever-watchful gaze...

Episode 8 — SpOoOoOky Stuff

This was great! I wish that Urbaniak would now conquer the rest of the Earwolfisphere — playing off Paul F. Tompkins as Andrew Lloyd Webber's perpetually overlooked brother Julian, for example — but I think he's on record as favoring scripted work over improv. -
Sadly, no. That mangy ol' poodle kept interrupting her business call and caused the deal to fall through.

As long as Earwolf is expanding their selection of podcasts, here's my pitch for a new weekly show: Every week, host Kulap Vilaysack selects a new health or fitness challenge — from raw vegan diet to fasting, Bikram yoga to Krav Maga — and invites friends from the world of show business (including Casey Wilson, Janet Varney, Elizabeth Laime, and others) to accompany her on her journey. After one week, Kulap and her guest(s) recap their experience, evaluate its effectiveness, and track their overall health progress. Big names in comedy embark upon a new natural lifestyle in Kulap's Big Naturals.

Download URL is all kinds of broken, dear Earwolves.

Whether due to forum feedback or scheduling decisions on the Earwolf side, it looks like they're switching to a weekly show:

Every Adam Pally appearance is a master class on "No, But" improv. Magnificent!
