    EPISODE 244.5 — SKLARBRO COUNTY 149

Jason Nash, who played Bryant Gumbel, and Mike Lisk, the associate producer of The Best Show, follow each other on Twitter.
  2. I like to imagine that at the same time this was taping in New York, scheduled guest Tom Scharpling was in LA running casting auditions for Toilet Dad 2, letting phony actors believe they had gotten the role, only to figuratively pull the rug out from under them at the peak of their excitement while reminding them of the time they thought Tom wasn't good enough! Sorry, I guess I'm just excited for the Christmas Day 2014 premiere, and for 2017 when the Toilet Dad 1, 2 & 3 blu-ray box set "No Refunds" comes out in novelty toilet seat packaging.
  3. I want to be a Hulkamaniac.
  4. Paul F. Tompkins is here!

Just saw the first IFC episode

The good: Scott racing home to see the end credits, Andy's "life of the party" character admitting to--in the panic of the moment--putting old batteries in with the new batteries, everything Will Forte's character said and did, Reggie looking at Scott while singing his song about him, and Zach hopping over the back of the couch. The OK: Tsk-tsk/attaboy, the imaginary gun battle, apocalypse car meter, and the French wino. The not funny or clever in any way: Imagine that dog. (The part idiots will think was the funniest.)
  6. This show is terrible!

    Episode 78 — G the D a C

None more appearances, please. The first post should be revised to read "Paul F. Tompkins, the suited gentleman you all know and love, has returned" Yes, there's always plenty of energy with Paul, but it rarely seems genuine. It feels more like refocused contempt for the audience. I'm not a hater, and I don't think I'm projecting here, I just get a vibe from him like he doesn't really enjoy what he's doing. And it was disapoining to see him come up again when there are so many other funny people who have yet to be on, like: Weird Al Chelsea Peretti Aziz Ansari Patton Oswalt Maria Bamford Jon Glaser Morgan Murphy Kristen Schaal Joe Mande Donald Glover John Mulaney Kurt Braunohler Jerry Minor Tig Notaro Rich Fulcher Dino Stamatopoulos Reggie Watts Demetri Martin Peter Serafinowicz Hannibal Buress Jon Benjamin Myq Kaplan Eugene Mirman Leo Allen Kevin Nealon A.D. Miles Aisha Tyler Todd Glass either of The Sklar Brothers
