Just relistened - this was it! Although it was not ep 161; it was 47, "Happy Chap," with Greg Proops. Thanks everyone for the aid. Oh, and "Happy Chap" is a pretty effin' great episode, so if you have yet to hear it, I recommend.

One time I was listening to a CBB - can't remember what time frame, maybe a consensus "classic"? - and one of the guests cracked a September 11 joke that caused me to bust a gut laughing. It was the first time a 9/11 joke really had me rolling on the floor, so I want to relisten to the episode... but can't remember what it was. Anybody have any idea what episode and [singing] whoooooooooooo [Hot Saucerman voice] said it?

Bryan Cranston with Garry Marshall. Preferably with Cranston "leaving" and becoming a character halfway through.

I forgot, can someone remind me - what is Werner Herzog's expression for "crazy"? Wasn't it something like "cuckoo nuts"?

The first segment of this show was my favorite work by Justgot Awkwardman in all of CBB so far. Also, about the final teaser: Samberg also talked about Breaking Bad some, is it too much to hope for an episode with Bryan Cranston and Garry Marshall?

The Ma-ROHN "Would You Rather" game made me realize there's a partial WYR script - "We all know how this game is played," "How would you like to vote?"

The commitment to completing "KNIFEGRAB" even though Scott and PFT had clearly forgotten what it stood for and were simply making it up all over again was really impressive. I loved this when settling on "INTERDIMENSIONALFRYVAULTGRAB" - "I think maybe we should choose something a little shorter." "Oh, I was thinking we should find something even longer!"

I haven't heard it in a while, but I hope "I'll see you at the movies!" has been retired in honor its being Roger Ebert's last (public) words.

I registered to answer this one. Start with a quality/classic episode that features someone she already likes. I started with the recent Poehler/Mantzoukas/Adomian episode because I like 'Parks & Rec' and thought Amy Poehler would be fun. By the time Adomian showed up as Tom Leykis, I was shocked and bewildered and hopelessly addicted all at the same time. (This was #176 that Johnny Haggis recommended.) One of the next episodes I heard involved Garry Marshall. If you want to introduce somebody to character work, PFT characters (esp. Garry when not with Gillian) tend to be good for that because they're pretty easygoing characters with continuity. Since PFT knows he's gonna come back as Garry Marshall in a few months, he's not going to pack in as much full-on insanity as an Andy Daly type character. "Please!! Call me Garry" is very simple but very effective humor. Oh, crap, I just realized that "Call Me Mr. Marshall" was the username I wanted. Based on your gal's taste, I think Garry and Patton are good starting points, and Something for Daddy is a great call. In other podcasts, have her try The Bugle.
