Episode 13 — Defending Your Shitty Taste

If you think the Beatles are a bit silly, check out the parody "The Rutles" featuring Eric Idle of Monty Python. Funny stuff.

    Episode 2 — Minisode: Comedy

Interesting. But you seem to blame any dislike of comedy as a result of differences in generation. It could just be your personal sense of humor is different. I think specifically you kept mentioning physical comedy as examples of things you don't "get" but maybe physical comedy isn't for you. I can't stand most musical comedy. So any stuff like that no matter how early I don't like. Also I don't think SCTV is that great.

    Rocky Balboa (2006)

If they were going to do a Rocky movie do IV. It has a robot falling in love with Paulie!

    A Serbian Film (2010)

Yes let's do this as a double feature with Salo! Seriously? This was just gross and I fell sick after watching it. I can't imagine any hilarious riffs on SPOILER ALERT a dude raping his 6 year old son. Maybe a bit of Manzoukas playing a creep for laughs but I think this is too depraved even for that character.

    Love Actually (2003)

I like this movie. Not great but a decent romantic comedy. The worst you can say that it was mediocre and cliche which doesn't really work for the show. I think the best episodes involve the truly ridiculous rather than the blandly mundane.

    Episode 64 — After Earth

Great episode! Loved Paul F. Tompkins. Didn't see this one because I'd rather just hear the glee ya'll have in dissecting it. But if these monsters only see fear how do they not keep running into trees? I doubt it would inspire fear if it kept doing pratfalls because it's blind.

    Foodfight! (2012)

I wholeheartedly agree with this suggestion. But this movie isn't appearing on the fyi site. Just looking at the troubled history of the production you can tell it would be terrible. Also this AVClub review of it shows the depths of its depravity. http://www.avclub.com/articles/supermarket-brands-sponsored-case-file-34-foodfigh,93033/

    Doctor Who: The Movie (1996)

It is bad I won't deny. But the only way it's HDTGM worthy is if you're a big Doctor Who fan, some of the bigger flaws are continuity related which doesn't work for the show. I feel like Eric Robert's performance is one of the few things that is universally terrible in this.

    Freddy Got Fingered (2001)

This movie is decently funny, so the only way I'd like to see it covered is with Tom Green, Himself talking about the development process.

What guest do you want to see?

We need another Cyber Thug appearance! Bring back Jerry Minor.

    Your favorite non earwolf podcasts?

Stop Podcasting Yourself. Dave Shumka is some kind of comedy supergenius, and Graham Clark is also hilarious and they have such great chemistry. And it also prevents some of the podcasting incest by having wonderful canadian comedians on. I especially recommend the episodes featuring Paul F. Tompkins and Canadian treasure, Jon Dore. http://www.maximumfun.org/stop-podcasting-yourself/stop-podcasting-yourself-140-paul-f-tompkins And the new Norm podcast is also pretty amazing. Norm is my favorite comic so it's always great hearing him. Hell even comedians doing Norm impressions based on his stories are usually funnier than their usual act (Jay Mohr), but none of them can compare.

    North (1994)

This would be a good episode just because the movie is oddly racist and dark for a supposed kids film.

    Clifford (1994)

This movie makes no sense but it's hilarious.
