This is a post-Jedi Billy Dee Williams as James Brown, the black secret agent, in some sort of neo-blaxpoitation-yet-crazy-racist bonkers-ass Bond parody that involves, and I'm not kidding, rapping mummys and fart jokes, so many fart jokes.

 

Notice also the director/producer/writer/co-star is one Amanda LeFlore (plus husband Julius), meaning this was somebody's vision.
