When I first saw the trailer, I honestly thought this was based off a young adult novel. It just has that feel to it. I definitely think this movie would have worked better as a video game. I would romance Caine. :3

Arnold's Hercules beating up a bear is nowhere near as impressive as Lou Ferrigno's Hercules beating up a bear and then throwing it into fucking outer space.

It's based on one of my favorite short stories by Robert Heinlein. When I had read that they were making a full length movie out of it, my first thought was "What? How?". I'm curious to watch it but also dreading it.

To be fair, regardless of what they try to tell us, everyone is in so much of a rush that all of the events of the movie APPEAR to take place over about a week, which is hardly enough time to buy a house, change into a different shirt, or develop into anything more than a one-dimensional character. haha I loved this movie as a kid. The only scene that freaked me out was when his hand turned into a dog and ate the homework.
