    Any other good RPG podcasts?

System Mastery is pretty great. They don't play the games, it's closer to a How Did This Get Made format where they seek out terrible old games from decades ago and review them. The show is full of long-running gags and weird digressions, but it's a great way to hear about games you never would have thought could exist, like the "Everyone's an anime maid trying to "please" the DM master of the house" game, Maid.

EPISODE 67 — Why Celebrities Go Crazy

It's weird that you guys think Harrison Ford has less hours than most pilots, based on literally no research. Didn't you used to research things? When did that get replaced with just researching trivia about movies? Ford has about 4,000 logged hours in a variety of aircraft, and this last crash was mechanical failure of a 75-year old plane, not the mental failures of a 72-year old man. Hell, he'd be sharp enough to tell you the PT-22 isn't a World War One airplane. Seriously, I thought Cracked was researched at some point.
  3. Carrots are totally an unimpressive food item to control people with, it's true. Great for horses though.

Episode 468 - Claiming To Be Latina

Just for funsies I googled white latino. According to wikipedia, "In the United States, a White Hispanic or White Latino[17] is a citizen or resident who is racially white (i.e., of primarily European descent) and of Hispanic descent." Naturally, since people from Spain are white, but latino, this is a fairly large category. Apparently according to the 2010 census, about 26 million people in the US claim this category. Lots of famous ones even, like Cameron Diaz, Pitbull, Andy Garcia, Martin Sheen, Salma Hayek (I never would have guessed). But no, I'm sure that based on a critical neighbor's observation and a quick guess based on the name of a city, we can determine that she is a "lying fraud." Stay the course, you research-averse assholes.
  5. Heh, Andrew it's pretty sexist to say you don't like white men dating Asian women. It's basically implying that you think you have a stake in the sexual choices of Asian women. You don't, because you don't own any Asian women (at least I think you don't). You can couch it as fetishism, but that's just the window dressing, a fancier version of the "it ain't natural" that white men say when they don't like black guys dating white women. I'm not disagreeing that creepy Asian-women fetishists aren't gross jerks that are deeply racist, mind you. But calling them out for miscegenation is sexist. Calling them out for saying (and believing in) dumb bullshit like "waifu" and "more subservient" is the racism good shit.
