Holy shit, I gave up on bowling when I was a kid because I wanted to watch cartoons (Peter Pan & the Pirates, specifically). I know how you feel, Benny.

Matt, we may disagree about Monica Lewinsky, but we agree wholeheartedly on alt country music, aka the genuine stuff. Also this episode was heeelarious. "Classic Cunt Digger" is my new catchphrase that I will only say in my head for obvious reasons.

I also just love that he can be so awestruck by the Tears for Fears guys and still perform fantastic music in his own right, with them right there in the room. There's just something really cool about that.

For god's sake, someone get the Pie Minister and Don DiMello together.

If he does bring it back up though we can just say he's doing it for the attention.

Good god this episode was hilarious. When they broke out into the man characters in the peeing scene, I just loved how much they loved the character choice they made. So funny and over the top.

Scott: "Ut oh, did he have a physics related accident?" JW: "Yeah, he fell down the stairs." Brilliance.

Really enjoying this "Kevin Allison" character Chris Parnell is doing so far! (he sounds like Chris Parnell, is what I am saying.)

Augh, that's lame. Like, nitpicky lame, but still. I love CAH and their don't give a shit attitude, but that seems more like, "Hey look how cool we are, we don't even need to prepare an ad," rather than just sponsoring the show without having ANY copy read. NITPICKY!

Tangential question: if, at the top of the show, Scott were to say, "Today's episode is sponsored by Cards Against Humanity," and then just started the show, do you think anyone would be like, "Is there going to be an ad?"

"Oh, everything's changing for him!" Had to bite my lip so I wouldn't have to explain to my coworkers that a guy jacking off to Harry Potter movies made me laugh so hard.

Ah man, Scott totally missed a "We've been alive" Staind callback there at the end but that's a tiny nitpick in what was an amazing episode. Andy Daly truly is an inspiration to me. I love all of this.

I liked the lazy aspect of this episode. I don't mean that in a bad way, it just seems like sometimes the energy is really frenetic in some of the scene work of previous episodes, and I liked how this one was like a nice stroll, and still really funny. I enjoyed the breathing room. Too bad short form is way better than long form. *swims in pile of money obtained from doing short form improv*

I dated a girl for two years who is a tremendously huge Phish fan, and I hate Phish with a fiery passion (en fuego, even!), but I actually kind of enjoyed some of the music on this album. It's a cognitive dissonance that may break me in two. Also Scott and Harris fighting makes me chest tighten, like they're my parents or something. Even when it's funny. DON'T BREAK UP YOU GUYS! EDIT: I would also like to get in my PJs and fight a pillow with all of you.
