After Scott informs Sir Alec and Irvin that they were both dead,
Â
Sir Alec: "I'm not dead. Not yet."
Â
Brilliant.
Â
Also, Superego was my reason for living. The fact that they released their final episode broke my widdle heart.

Hey! Where was Gary Marshall's "That's a good song!" at the end of the plug bag closing/opening theme?

I love how Scott can't help but drop the "Side by Side" bit on the poor Vicar of Yanks. Looks like Al has some CBB lore to brush up on....

Googled Weird Al + Run DMC. Was not disappointed.

Honestly, I'm kinda flip floppy about whether or not I am attracted to Adam Driver at all. When he first took his helmet off I was like okay I see you but for the rest of the movie I was like yeah not feelin' it anymore. I just saw him in Tracks with Mia Wasikowska, though, and that's maybe the first time I was vibin' on him throughout an entire thing.
Â
Wow worst answer to that question ever?
Â
Basically my gut reaction is to say NOT! But Adam Driver has his appeal lol.
Â
Wondered if this will sway you one way or another on Adam Driver, but it blew my mind that I had seen him before TFA:
Â
Â
in OUTER . . . . SPACE . . . no less.

I was very disappointed (as I'm sure Gino was) that John Lennon was the first guest instead of one of the Baja Men.

I assume it hasn't come out yet, that shave looked fresh! Maybe someone will have an answer, though. I just can't think of any shows that feature people talking to puppets...
Â
I see what you did there...dammit.
-
Does anyone know what show Jeremy Carter was talking about? The bald Donald Trump with the hand puppet hair?
-
-
I am very concerned that Atherton Witherflower may never be immortalized on the Closing of the Plug Bag theme. He was so damn close...

All this talk about Satan and Andy Daly is nowhere to be found?

"There's always my way out...."

Dammit, Scott...

Hey, what do you guys think about the Sklars doing a "Best of 2015" episode? I just wanted to ask the question and get the ball rolling. I love that they do this over at CBB, and would love to see the Sklars doing it. Maybe Johnny Carson(s) would host it?
Â
We could have:
Fans voting on their favorite episodes, then the Sklars reveal final votes
Sklars talk about their favorite moments/guests
Favorite "celebrity" guest stars (Gumbel, Senator Ventura, etc) making appearances
Vote for most Florida-esque County story that didn't actually take place in Florida
etc...
Â
I'd be willing to help compile a list of fave moments for people to vote on.
Â
Thoughts?

So Adrian Peterson got his "bad shellfish" idea from the movie Drop Dead Gorgeous, right? I can just imagine him and the other Vikings all puking off a balcony simultaneously.....
-
Was hoping for Brian Huskey to yell at some point (as he often does on Womp), was not disappointed.
Â
10/10 would listen again
-
Can I just say that I love the back and forth that is going on on the forums now? So glad the Sklars are part of it.
Â
All we're missing now is DVK showing up asking "we good here?"
-
My favorite part of this ep:
Â
"I hate playing the Cardinals, because we usually lose, and we're always looking up."
Â
"That's only in the last decade or so! When we were growing up, I actually don't want to hear that from Cubs fans, because in the 80's, ok, yes, we went to the World Series, in '82, '85, and '87, however....."
Â
[DVK cackles]
Â
"...however, through the rest of the 80's...."
Â
"However? The rest of the 80's?!? You just said '87!"
Â
From the little I know, it seems that when you try and empathize with Cubs fans about how tough things are, they won't let you.
-
I really appreciated the complete silence from the Sklars when Brad first mentioned Andrew Dice Clay.

How am I supposed to get through my Friday without my Sklarbro Country fix? Did Robert Segel threaten to sue or something? I was halfway through the amazing mascot story and now I have to know how it ends!
Â
It's enough to make a guy . . . well, you know.

Dear Brothers Sklar,
Â
I thought it was funny that you were talking with Kyle about how so much in your working lives is out of control and in other people's hands (e.g. "Will my show be picked up?"), and how sports can take you away from that, because isn't sports really just another thing in your lives that you can't control? I love watching sports, don't get me wrong, I just hate that when I watch games, my mood for the day is very much dependent on the outcome of the game (with many apologies to my wife). When you guys said you've changed a bit in that respect, did you mean you have not let your lives be affected as much by sports outcomes?
Â
I'm a paranoid sports fan like you guys (although I haven't sacrificed any BBQ chicken yet, I may get to that level someday). I am a die hard Argentina soccer fan, and had to drive home from a road trip during the 2014 #WorldCup final. I thought the game would have been over by the time I got home, but as soon as I turned on the game, Germany scored. I'm still not convinced that wasn't my fault.
Â
Also, as a BYU fan, I am just like you guys as far as negativity goes. After all that national attention for those amazing comeback wins, I couldn't even enjoy those because I just kept thinking "they can't keep this up, we are just getting too lucky, etc etc." Then Michigan had to go and really prove me right, thanks a LOT, Harbaugh (I'm also a 49er fan).
Â
Anyway, keep up the great work, you guys. Love that you've had Adomian these last two eps. Any chance we'll get an update from Richard Branson one of these days?
-
Thank you, and we're curious to hear your thoughts about Finding the Funny. Very proud of it.
Â
HENDERSON!!! So glad you guys are on the forums!!
Â
Great work on Finding the Funny. There's a certain level of humility shown (which I think is what endears a lot of people to you guys) in really trying to immerse yourselves in a city and go deeper than the surface-layer jokes. Also it's a lot of fun to get a behind-the-scenes look into your process.
Â
Now just come back to SLC!! I love when comedians can do more than "Hey, Salt Lake! .... you guys all have eight wives, am I right?" If you'd do your research, you would know we are only supposed to have seven. I mean, come on, Skip....
-
Damn, this episode was top-notch. "We talkin' malpractice?" killed me, too.
Â
Also, Randy & Jason (or Jason & Randy), get yourselves a damn account and comment on here every once in a while! You said you love reading the comments, we'd love to see you guys on here as well!
Â
That being said, I'm gonna hang up and listen to your answer....

How is it spelled? Qweth? Queth? Inquisitive minds want to know . . .
