Magnus Robot Fighter posted a topic in Bad Movie RecommendationsI just noticed this movie on Netflix streaming and must admit I have not watched it yet (but will tonight) however I think I can safely recommend this as a bad movie, after all it's starring America's sweatheart, Miley Cyrus. So I'll BRB and give you all the 411 on this POS.
DOA: Dead or Alive (2006)
Joel posted a topic in Bad Movie RecommendationsThe movie is based on a video game that lets you adjust the jigglyness of womens boobs. DOA is up there with Mario brothers in crap movies. And the last 15 - 20 minutes is freaking nuts
The Pumpkin Karver
ChristianPerez posted a topic in Bad Movie RecommendationsI found the podcast a few months ago and have not stopped listening. Right when I heard about it, The Pumpkin Karver popped into my head as a film that must be discussed at some point in an episode. Here's a taste: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o-mGxa-_85M Nothing I could say will do this atrocity justice. When I saw it for the first time, a friend of mine called me and asked if I was watching it on TV cause he just knew I would be. We proceeded to stay on the phone for the entire film just laughing and questioning everything about it. Highly recommended.
nerdhourariel posted a topic in Bad Movie RecommendationsThis movie, about puppets. Or some lady who turned people into puppets? And some dude trying to figure out why his wife died? I'm not 100% clear what it was supposed to be about. And the way the characters talk, it's like robots. It's horrible. Jason would lose his mind at the ending. And especially Donnie Wahlberg shaving in his first two scenes. It's ridiculous.
The Clones of Bruce Lee - 1977
VinsanityV22 posted a topic in Bad Movie RecommendationsThis is a real movie. Youtube just put this up in my recommended videos. This is... wow... just... look: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=drrkyFfVKNo From Wikipedia: "The Clones of Bruce Lee (Korean: 蛇形三傑 Death Penalty on Three Robots, Taiwan複製人李小龍：三龍怒火, Hong Kong: 神威三猛龍) is one of the most notorious exploitation films in cinematic history. It gathers together several of the Lee imitators who sprang up after Bruce Lees death (including Bruce Le and Dragon Lee), as well as performers from the real Lee's films and other veterans of the Hong Kong movie industry. It has been called "The Mount Rushmore of Bruceploitation films". I own some Bruce Le films, but man, I had no idea this was the level of post-Lee death exploitation at some point. Just... wow... I should mention that it's also, somehow, offensive to Brandon Lee (and really, oddly, prescient), because the earliest bad guys' (there are several) ultimate plan to kill Bruce Lee (no.1), after their kung fu assassins fail to do so, is to shoot him while he's a filming a movie... WTF!?!
thejoshfromtn posted a topic in How Did This Get Made?I know this is a netflix show but its so terrible its hard not to pick it apart from the first 5 minutes. I commend anyone who has finished the series. Ive made it to the 4th episode before I began rethinking my life and the things I do with it. I'm now motivated to use my time on this planet more diligently.
